Arc is a company set up by icbc to make u think ur unpaid fines were handed over to a collections company. I blocked 4 numbers already but got more calls from new numbers. Icbc should realize u cant renew ur licence b4 paying off all debts. Smarten up n leave us alone. Ull get ur money when its convenient for me n not a moment sooner!

Clearly they are no different than the other collection 'businesses' out there and they are hoping to scare people and scam them out of money they do not owe.

If you have an iPhone with the new ios7 you can press the "i" button next to the recent call and scroll down and select "Block this caller"
This will prevent this annoying scum from contacting you, he just called me ten minutes ago LOL.

Considering this collection agency continues to have a robot call us makes it waste of time and money. Its unorganized and inefficient. Make a plan before you harass people! I would love to work out the issue and speaking to a representative would benefit the case.

This people call me almost every day!!! I tried to call to find out what they want and stop calling me! But nobody answers and I don't know what they are talking about!!! I will report them.

An accounts recovery office in Vancouver.
Marco is the very rude employee there. Talks when you are speaking like he owns the place.
If you do get calls from this number, answer it and tell them to _uck-off.
They do not know what they are doing.
Their 1-888 255-0265 Ext. 0266 number that they ask you to call them back at...does not work.
Call the RCMP and report them as dishonest and rude.
(Yes, I had a debt with a service supplier, and I have made good with the supplier.)
The CRC still calls thinking they have control of the account.
Suppleir has informed them account is paid in full, and still calls from CRC.
Like I said, they do not know what they are doing.
