I received a text too but this kid on Facebook told me it was his number I'm not sure if it was the but he said hey Brittney so I think it was so I think it was a scam to because I tried calling back and it never worked and texting but I'm pretty sure his name is ibrahim

People it is a website that ANYONE can use to send you a text so they don't have to send it from their own phone. Its not a scam site, its for people who maybe have to pay for texts and want to do so for free online. If someone is sending you a msg about your kids. They obviously know you and they are trying to hide their Identity from you.

When posting something like this, include an explanation. Also, I recommend removing the live link so no one else follows it (plus leaving in a live link is one of the things that makes it look like spam).

It's sometimes hard to tell a copy and paste job with no other information from a spamming advert. The-Truth meant no harm; this forum just sees a lot of crud, including spam ads. Perhaps next time, you could mention you're copypasting the info? :) Thank you for your input, btw!

Received a vague text from this number this afternoon stating things are not always as they seem and to stay alert. Tried to get clarification by texting back questions but to no avail. One thing online with this number says scam from Canada, one says it is a tablet phone number. Not sure if it is a scam or someone trying to mess with me.
