This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

Repeat call, probably a credit card services scam, as I looked up another number that I received from British Colombia and the notes claimed it was a credit services scam pretending to be from a credit card you own. BEWARE

Repeated calls from this unknown number out of British Columbia.  I have never answered as I do not know the number.  No message is ever left.  I have not run into any info online about this number...
