It's from the Conservative Party of Canada. They are asking if you would consider voting for them in the May 2011 election. They say they are calling from 'The Voter Outreach Centre."

Sadly, in Canada, political parties are still allowed to deliver SPAM, provided it's to your telephone. The poor things are really desperate now. I suppose I should pity them, not defile them.
