can you please advise where this number is calling from I keep getting calls and then hang ups

We have been getting calls from Event Proc. Centre for about a month.  Once or twice a day, and the same thing as others have reported, you pick up, hear it click over to the operator style system (like a telemarketer) then nobody there.  I'm glad to know others are experiencing this, but sad to know there has been no success in remedying the issue.

I'm going to freak! Call them and keep hitting the number key, it confuses his system than he will say hi and hang up. Why are the police not a acting on this?

Tonight got called by Event Proc Centre which I googled and got to this webpage. Phone number is 604-498-4815. Same things as others have experienced - no one's on the other end of the line and yes, I too am on DND list.

I just received a call too, on a holiday Monday...I actually did answer the phone, but they hung up when I said hello.

These jerk offs call me every night. Phone their head office in Calgary and tell them to f*** off like I did. They were rude and indifferent until I told them the next call will be reported to the police as harrassment. Bell sucks and I will never use their services. Their number is 403-410-8600 if you want those anoying calls to stop. If anyone from Bell is reading this......Blow Me!!!

Every night those bastards at Bell Canada phone me and hang up. If they think I will ever deal with them, they are crazy. Their service sucks, they are rude on the phone, and they love overcharging their customs. I am amazed they have any left. Be sure to warn your friends and family about these crooks and a**holes. I get the same call and I finally answered it and the F-en bastards hung up... The number that was on the call dispaly was... 604-495-4818... called back and busy... strange since they just called me! Since I registed on the do not call list I get a LOT of these phone calls... Telus better get thier S*&^  together... or we will TELL THEM insteasd of TELL US.. right 'cause they don't listen!!

Hi 1 time last night and 2 times today...says   Event Proc Cent....what ever that means.

They called me as well and hung up when I said hello, so called back and let the phone ring for 20 minutes.....

Its shown as Bell South and is in Surrey

I cant take it, this number has shown up on my business call display over 150 times. Telus,they suck they cant do anything... What a bunch of tarts!

yeah, this number just called me. I googled it, it came up as private on my cellphone. it seemed a little strange. i'm surprised to find others have had the same experience???!!!

I similarily receive calls from this number. Seems very odd that there are so many people getting calls from this number and then actually reporting it webwise.

I too am getting called by this number - a disconnect upon answering. There should be some recourse to have this number shut down.

I've had calls from this number for the last 3 weeks or so once or twice/week.  My call display says "Event Proc Cent".  I haven't answered and they leave no msgs.  It's getting annoying to me though.  I tried googling Event Processing Centre BC but didn't get anything.  Reverse lookup just gave me these postings here.

With this many people complaining I don't know why Telus isn't doing something about this.  After all, they must know who's using this number and should be dealing with it.

I'm fed up with getting these people call me with no answer. They call both our home & office number. There's never anybody there. I tried calling the number but it just rings continually. What happened to the "do not call" directory which I'm registered with.This happens several times a day many times each week.

They've been calling every day for several days now; I pick up & they hang up. They call my home ph, my biz ph & my fax one after the other. I too am registered with the Do Not Call Registry. I ph'd Telus to lodge a complaint with their privacy dept but they cannot do anything; they've adv'd this is a Bell Canada ph #, not a Telus one. They've directed me back to the Fed Gov't Do Not Call Registry to lodge a complaint ph 1.866.580.3625 - I adv'd the Feds of this web site so they can get a feel for the level of harrassement & they've fwd'd my complaint to the CRTC - we'll see if there is resolution... meanwhile, I would invite others to lodge a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry....there's my 2 cents  :)

This number keeps showing up on my call display.  They have probably phoned a dozen times in the last few weeks.  I have tried to call the number back, but it just rings.  I have also done a reverse number lookup, and it shows that this number is a land line in Whalley.  Very annoying!!
