Called my home at 4 am Saturday morning -woke the whole family --no message left

I used them once.  They have been calling me relentlessly for six months.  
No message.  I refuse to answer.  Send to voicemail instead.

Yes it is annoying that Citruso keeps your name in their database but leaves their name as "Private" on caller ID. Their intentions are good but the least they can do as professionsals is leave a message.

Think about what you are saying...they are ignoring your request to NOT call, yet, who do you use?  Citruso.  It is like your kid pitching a fit because you won't let them stay out late (or insert reason for fit) and then you let them do what they want to do.  What you are telling them is that their tactics are working, if they call often enough eventually you will purchase their service.  You complain on line, yet you are part of the problem.

I just found out it's Citruso Carpet Cleaning. I use them and I guess it was just a recall check..

I had a phone call from the same number. Who know, it's a private listing.

These people are calling me constantly.  They have other numbers: 604-596-7118, 604-596-7489, etc.
I have, in the past, kindly told them that if I needed them in the future I would give them a call, otherwise don't call me.  No luck.

I am also getting calls daily from 701-661-1061, the first time I answered, a woman with a garbled, foreign accented voice, spoke, of course  I couldn't understand her, when I asked her where she was calling from, all I was able to understand was, Melbourne, Florida.

They keep calling my cell number and never leave a message.  I just ignore it.

I have been getting the exact same phone calls the past month and they have LOST ME as a customer. I will use another service because of the calls - I will let the head office know as well. (However, part of the problem is people like me...they called me once last year and I booked an appointment with them at the time. They must be getting a good sales' conversion rate on these cold calls to keep doing them so it will continue as long as they are successful. But, the more people who tell them that they will not book with them because of the calls, the more likely they will be to change their practice. They should leave a message on the answering machine and leave it at that. That would be acceptable.)

Okay, so here we go again.  I have unsubscribed from their calling list via their website.  I have requested no further calls from their office-again!  This will be my 4th time.  I have also written a complaint email.  My husband has even complained to their telemarketers.  Well, Friday, I saw their number again on my call display when I returned home.  The piece de resistance was Sunday morning, I got another "reminder" call from Citrus-O and I went ballistic.  I told the unfortunate girl on the phone that if I will no longer deal with their company-they have lost my business forever by not honouring my do not call request.  I told her if I received another call I would be launching a formal complaint with the BBB.  We shall see what happens, but I'm not overly optimistic.

Thery are so annoying! They call every single day. Every.Single.Day.

They are very pushy.

I do use them, they do do a great job. I have asked them repeated times NOT to call me, but I would call them if I need their service(s).

I have been having the exact same problem with them for going on two years.  I have requested them to not call on several occasions.  It doesn't seem to matter.  They DO NOT seem to respect a do not call request.  I have told their office, I have told their telemarketers, I have told the person who came to clean my house.  They STILL are calling every day.  They use numerous numbers:  6045963259/6045967114/6045967114 and the list goes on.  They have even called me from a private blocked number.  I am so tired of this and cannot believe that more people haven't complained on-line.  My aunt is experiencing the same issues with this company.

Thanks for the info - I too have been getting continual calls where they ask for my wife but refuse to leave a message.  Annoying!!

Yes, this is Citruso carpet cleaners - they are professional and do a great job but I wish they would simply leave a message instead of repeated calls.

Citruso Carpet Cleaners.  They call us and we use them.  They are a decent company to deal with.  I am sure they would honour a do not call request.
