Thanks for clearing that mystery up for me! We were wondering why we kept getting calls from BC! Now it makes sense. If you have ever borrowed money from one of the "payday" advance companies, they share their customer cell phone records. So beware, because you will get solicitations from other similar companies!

I got the same call from that number a guy left a message. He said he was from my money chest.com

I received two calls in a row and I didn't recognize the number and I let them go to voice mail.  The first voice mail played some computerized music and the second sounded like it was a two way call and it had a lot of static and was not clear.
