This number is calls at 10 pm at night or 6 am in the morning few time a week.  How can I block this number?

This number is used by Global Training Services.  Even though you
phone them and use the number to remove  you from their list they do
not acctually take you off.  They just send you MORE FAXES.  You can't
call them bacause their phone numbers are always BUSY and you can't fax
them back because the number won't accept faxes.  I have complained to the
CRTC but they also don't do anything about it.  So if anyone knows who is
sending their faxes on their behalf please post it here.  THEY ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY, I GET A 4 PAGE FAX AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK FROM THEM.
