THey fax non stop.  Wastes money and paper.  I called the number for All Points Solutions today and requested they remove my fax number completely from their system.  We'll see what happens...I love Chips response in Sept 2008, maybe this would be a good way to make a few dollars!  Yea Chip, wonder if he got another fax??

Call 604-689-5456 and dial 2 for operations and then threaten them with complaining to CRTC and BBB and Telus. Dont be polite with them. They will try to BS you and get you to call their automated fax removal line. Do not fall for it. That's a ploy to get you off the phone. Also threaten to call the businesses whose flyers they fax. That will get their attention.

FINALLY i can call these clowns! It's totally out of hand how often I get crap from these guys. It's a huge waste of my ink and paper. I've called their office, so we'll see if they stop within 7 days. Thanks for providing the office #. I hope it works.

The company that I am working for has been having meetings with All Points Solutions because they want to have faxes sent out as a way to advertise our product, but I don't want to have anything to do with this company if they are going to go that rout because I am totally against spamming by any means.  I also feel that if a company can't advertise in a legeit mannor, then they can't do honest business either.  I guess we'll see if I'm still working here in the New Year.

We have called numerous times not to fax us again.  Again and again, we received faxes after faxes.

Every day another fax from this outfit. I like the "Fax Number Removal" number to call at the bottom. I figured out that if you call that number, they will remove your number from that specific list, but not from their entire database. Looking them up in a reverse directory yields no results.

I just reported them to the BBB.
I really hope other people will too. This is rediculous!
Either that, or we all go down to their business with all the faxes they've sent us and dump them on their front door!

Thank you for identifying the company behind the endless faxes.  I have called and told them to remove our fax number for all faxes forever; not specific number,as found on their removal number found on the bottom of their faxes.  I kept all unsolicited faxes in a file, should they not adhere to our request, I will have evidence to prove this.

I called them using my cell phone so I would have a record of time and date.

I have followed thier removal instructions and faxed the following message.

Your non-compliance has been documented.  There is a cost of $200.00 to recieve faxes at my number.
Any faxes sent by your company to [phone number] will constitute a contract, a bill will be issued and action will be taken if not paid within 30 days.

This company faxes and faxes and faxes. They will not stop.

This phone number belongs to All Points Solutions, main phone number 604-689-5456. I have called & asked to have my fax# removed. We'll see if they actually comply!

Despite my repeated stop call requests using the automated service, I'm still getting faxes.  Just tried a voice request to 689-5456 at their Delta office.  We'll see.

All Points Solutions says it takes 7 days to cease all faxes when requesting it stopped...Maybe a class-action lawsuit will have their tech department expedite this to immediate

I told the man I never wanted to see a fax from them again.  According to the TELUS pages, they are in violation because their name and contact information are not displayed. He also told me 7 days is the removal standard.  We'll see if this works; I told him I'd be sending him to the Better Business Bureau if he didn't comply.

Apparently, either the Telus Privacy issues page or the threat to send them to the BBB worked... I haven't had a junk fax in 2 days.

I just called All Points Solutions at 604 689 5456 and asked that they remove my fax number from their list for all faxes and they agreed to remove it.

I have also called and faxed them to ask thatr we will be removed. We get 5 to 10 someday.

I called their office number in Delta 604-689-5456 and asked to be removed from ALL of their lists. Legally they must comply within 7 days, and they must keep you on their do not call list for 3 years.
* Whenever you ask to be removed from their call list, make sure that you request to be removed from ALL of their lists, otherwise, they only remove you from that particular client's list, and they will continue to send faxes from the rest of their clients, which you would have to call to remove one by one.

I have been receiving 5 to 10 faxes everyday. I am frustrated because I have to call for removal of every fax received. Thank you for providing All Points Solutions Tel : 604 689 5456. I have just call them not to send any more fax to us.

I keep getting unwanted fax from All Points Solutions too.  But instead of complaining to them, I called every single one of the companies that they sent me and complained to them instead.  One was adamant about sticking with All Points Solutions however and suggested I take a hike (http://www.ezwebs.ca/), so don't bother calling her (778-786-1518).

I recommend anyone who hates All Points Solutions do the same.  If they can't take the hint, maybe their clients can.
