I believe it is the calgary herald trying to sell you their current promotion. First time they called me I said I was interested and then I hung up and told them not to call again. They called again the next day and I answered and they hung up right away. They called again the 3rd day and my husband answered, they tried selling again to them. I guess theres no way to stop them from calling because they will call every day
