I have also been scammed and I just found out yesterday. We googled his name after he wanted to purchase a home in Chilliwack.  The sellers put their vacation on hold waiting for his offer and he wanted to put a huge amount of money down.  He changed his appt. so this caused some anxiety with the sellers so after we read all of this stuff we realized that he is doing this regularly.  What I don't understand is "why."  No money has been spent yet but a lot of hard work went into preparing an offer and getting all of the info so this person could move by end of month.  I am choked that I did not google his name earlier

After talking to the RCMP in Maple Ridge I now understand why this guy has lasted so long and is able to continue to run his scams. He has his due and it will be paid.

Thank you for your response, I have seen the address as listed and was hoping to confirm as the dates on those post were from some time ago. I had also noticed that there was mention that Daryl had moved to another address in another city. Possibly Coguitlam?

As I had mentioned earlier, in one of my recent conversations with Daryl he indicated that he did not live in Maple Ridge any longer.

We all know he is a liar, was just hoping to get clarification regarding his whereabouts. I did see some posts from a neighbor or two, was just hoping for verification on his location.

Mate, I urge you to read the entire blog again.  On page 2 & 9, Daryl's address is listed as: 11945 238th Street, Maple Ridge and a quick Google Map View search, will show a van parked in the driveway, which has been mentioned in the blog.

His wife, girl friend, significant other is named Mary and she works at a call centre, but I do not know where in Burnaby, BC.

On page 7 & 8 you will discover two additional phone numbers that he uses on occasion.

The majority of us have been in your position, have been played by weenie boi and are quite aware of what you are enduring.  Please keep us informed of any progress you are able to make and if you do travel to Canada, don't do anything stupid, the laws are significantly different than in the States.  Do not allow your emotions to get the best of you, resulting in becoming his cell mate.

Thank you all but I did not see where he currently lives, his wives names or where she works in any of the previous posts, all I saw was just the mention of her and not even by name.

I am coming and I will find him, I have never been through the kind of total b***s*** that this man has pulled and I am not letting it off lightly.   again, if anyone has any definite info on where he or his wife can be found I'd really like to know. My next step will be to hire a private investigator to track his sorry a** down. I really don't care if he can fight his way out of a wet paper bag or not. i have been dealing with the Idiot for a few years I have caught him in so many lies it is ridiculous I went down and seen him and called from a block away he said he had bought a condo and didn't live at his house any more well when I knocked he answered again he tried to tell just leave and he will send the money tomorrow well the money never gets sent usually he says it gets lost from courier or bank has frozen his account  or what ever he has had so many lies its hard to keep up with ! I sued him and have been in court five times he has spent close to 2 months in jail and there is a warrent for him now that why he wants people to believe he has moved His wife,, girl friend or mother who ever she is knows what is going on she has even made calls for him to add to his lies for over 2 years all most every day it was TOMORROW  and when you see him you will realize he couldn't fight his way out of a wet paper bag !!!! FYI...  Daryl is forbidden from entering the United States, it is my understanding, because of past criminal activities.  Daryl claims the reasoning goes back to a bar fight, in which he was defending somebody and arrested falsely.  Of course, like everything else he claims, I do not believe his convenient stories, suspecting there is a lot more behind things.

If you scroll through the pages on this site, the company his wife works for is listed and I understand they no longer live at his Mother In Laws house, but do not know where he currently resides.

I'd really like to know where/how to find Daryl. Over the last four months Daryl Nobes has contracted to buy 3 Medium Duty Trucks, a couple of 40 ft enclosed car trailers, a stacker trailer with a lift and a several high end collector muscle cars and choppers with a grand total north of half a million dollars. He has been extremely convincing with his stories about how he came into the money. He has sent across bank papers showing his balances (Fake no doubt) he has had his banker call and confirm wiring instructions to us and he has story after story about why he has not been able to wire to funds as of yet and always makes promises about the wire happening in the next day or so.

This has been going on for almost four months until I finally called b***s*** and confronted him about about it last week. When confronted with the fact that I knew about his games, the messages on this thread he actually attempted to tell me I had the spelling of his name wrong and told me his name was actually Daryl Nobbs, not Daryl Nobes and added that he did not live in Maple Ridge.

He has told us that aside from his previous career that he recently retired from,  He owns about 50 rent houses in the area and been involved in helping families migrate from the Ukraine and setting them up in the rent houses he owns and has been receiving compensation from the Canadian government once the immigrants are settled. He has even gone so far to tell us all that he recently married a young 30 year old lady from the Ukraine and has brought her mother, sisters and some other relatives to Canada, all of which expect are lies.  

Two weeks ago he told us he was having difficulties wiring the funds because the Canadian government had frozen his account that held the funds from the sale of ten of his rent houses. He told us he had a lawyer working on it and that it would be cleared up in a matter of days. a day or two later he called to say he was driving into the states along with his new wife and her family and friends and they would be in Phoenix to pick everything up and drive it all back themselves, no surprise, he never showed but he did call us and tell us that he had been required to immediately return to Canada for an emergency meeting with an immigration officials regarding the new Ukrainian wife, again more promises to get the wire done, more lies and more promises.

After finally calling him on his b***s*** and telling him I was flying into Vancouver last week to meet him at the bank he decided I was putting to much pressure on him and said he just wanted to cancel the deal and did not appreciate how much pressure I was putting on him to get the wire done. At that point I told him I knew he was fake, that I had seen all the messages here and I knew what liar he was and then he actually tried to convince me that I had his name wrong (says his real name is Daryl Nobbs and didn't know how I had gotten the spelling wrong) and that I clearly had him confused with someone else, said he did not even live in Maple Ridge and rattled off a name of another city he said was 45 minutes from Vancouver.

I would really like to know if anyone else has any info on this man, I need to know where he lives, who his wife is, where they work...anything will be helpful. If anyone has info please share.

This guy is a despicable excuse for a human being, he is alive and well and still playing his scam. Daryl has been playing the carrot on a stick game with a group of us down here in the states. on about 8 vehicles, combinations of trucks, trailers and collector cars and motorcycles that total up to over 500K. he always promises to pay tomorrow and then called with excuses and more promises to get things paid for in the next day or two.  he has even gone as far to falsify bank documents showing he has loads of money.   claims he is helping immigrants from the Ukraine move to the Canada and is receiving assistance from the Canadian government. He says he has recently sold sold several rent houses  and has well over a million dollars ready to buy a collection of cars. He is a sorry sorry excuse of a person. Steer clear of this man, he is scum of the earth, a liar and a cheat. he should be tied to a telephone pole and horsewhipped.

Please, tell us...  What is Daryl up to these days?  What scam is he trying to pull off?  Why can't the courts in our neighbor to the north put this boy away for good?

If more people would come forward the court system would have to see what he is doing is criminal and we could get him off the phone and computer for a long time !!! so he would stop scamming people he has said he has moved lots before its another way to try to get people off his trail he has many many people looking for him
