This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of  VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

I got the same scam call from 647-829-4461

Automated voice saying "thank you for shopping at Shoppers Drug Mart.  You've won a free cruise..."
At that point I hung up.  Looked it up, cbc news has a story about this exact type of call, says (obviously) it's not from shoppers drug mart, and it's a scam to get your credit card info
