like others have said, he tried to use the 3-year alarm thing. he was slow in replying. he became silent when i didn't say anything, then i hung up. glad other people know about this scammer. had a very strong accent so it is easy to recognize him / his number

Whoever this is has tried to call several times in the past few weeks. I have an automated recording that says that no telemarketing is accepted at this number yet they keep trying.  If I didn't answer the 200 calls that I got from a credit card company that tried carpet bombing me into dealing with them these guys don't have a chance!

Do NOT answer this call as its a scammer. On other number reporter sites like this one the complaints range from the caller/s being irritating to drunk to creepy. . .stay away.

Constantly being harassed by this caller.  Asks for home owner, explain we live in a co-op, doesn't listen...keeps calling...had profanity used toward me by this caller.  Whoever it is, it is not worth anyone's time.  Just hang up.

Had several calls from this number which I did not pick up.  Their latest gimmick is to show "Brit. Columbia" before the number 604-757-4631 hoping that they could dupe us into thinking it's a provincial call.  Unfortunately these calls come through at any time and is becoming annoying.

Yes I too had a call from this caller, claimed to be my alarm force rep. Had said "can I please talk to the owner of the household" I said hello hello and I hung up. But yes I am quite concerned about this phone call, and if there is any action to be taken please do so regarding this matter.

I got a call from this number but they hung up after two rings.  I called them back and got a recording in what sounded like Spanish or Mexican.

A man with an asian accent called from this number inquiring as to our home alarm system.  When I said he had the wrong number he hung up.  I called the number back and heard a man spoke an asian phrase three times, i never responded and he hung up.

They are totally inappropriate and very unprofessional. I tried to be polite and answer whatever low key questions as possible. But, they became too personal and seriously uncomfortable. An individual who claims to be the manager - completely ignorant. Asked if I could give him the permission to allow him to call me again. I basically solidly responded NO and made it quite apparent that an alarm system company needs not to take a very tedious amount of time to ask about things that are non-alarm system related. I should have checked these posts earlier. Total waste of time, unprofessional and very inappropriate. Gave my older brothers number instead - oh will he be surprised to deserve a rightful 'back off a**hole'.

Just received a call from this number, didn't pick up, no message left. Second call in two weeks and I've blocked them. People, don't give them any information, if they find out you don't have an alarm system, who's to say they aren't B&E artists and will try to break in when you're not home. Steer clear and report to DNC list.

604-757-4631 continues to be used for the security system fraud/telemarketing scam. They simply INFORM you that there is a problem with your home security system and promote their monitoring plan. Simply tell them you don't own a system and they will hang up with no further ado. Wishful thinking.. they take you off their call list .

This person never responses and kept on calling non-stop.  I tried calling back but all I get is some foreign language, response machine.

This guy with a very thick East Indian accent has called at least 5 times. Too hard to understand or even want to hear another useless offer over the telephone!! He guesses what alarm system you may have. He has tried ADT, SecurTek and so on. I have asked to put some one one the line that speaks English, told him I cannot understand him, told him that we do not have an alarm and he just keeps rambling in like the energizer bunny. He tries, I think, to offer a free wireless alarm system on behalf of your alarm company. And of course we all know nothing is free and there will be a con at the end of the day. His number shows on our phone as unknown BUT on our Optik tv it shows this number and I have now blocked It on My Panasonic phone. Just hang up on this a$$hole!!

I've had 4 phone calls from this number today with no message left. They're obviously making their rounds.

I see on my call display, these people are still working the phones.

This person called and sounded drunk I honestly couldn't tell weather he was a dude or a old woman.  Anyway I'll call him a he.  When he asked for me he pronounced my last name incorrectly when I corrected him he started swearing, then said he loved me....like I say he sounded drunk and hard to understand.  He asked what I was doing I said not much what are you doing....he said my JOB and I asked what that was he said Alarms. Yes has an accent I have no idea what he was up to....I just hung up.  He didn't call back.

Called twice today...alarm company scam...perhaps I'll start clicking on the receiver, tell him the line is tapped by my cop spouse

phone call from 604 757 4631   Mumbled "i am calling from ....." three times I could not understand the name of the company so  obnotious caller, told me, " You have had a security system for more than 3 years."  i said "How do you know how long i've had a system?" he said " I KNOW EVERYTHING!", I told him you do not know ANYTHING about me. And he hung up.

Just got a call. Did not answer. Thanks to all of you for a warning. Tries to call back no answer - definite scam.

I received a call tonight from this number inquiring about our 'old' alarm system. First of all I told him he had the wrong number as we've had our system much longer than 3 years. He just talked on & on & finally I told him I wasn't interested in talking to him. He used the f word & hung up. I hope I never hear from him again.

Received a call from this number the idiot(please pardon me) asked to talk to the owner of the house. I asked who may i ask is calling? He said im your husband no your boyfriend. Seriously is this person normal?  He needs help starting with someone tracing that line because this seems more a psycho than a scammer. Not sure how such calls and harassing people benefit this person

Got a call at 2pm from this number. His English was very bad and asked for me or my husband. I asked him what his name was "Dussy Longpick" I asked him to spell it. Then he said we are using a "3 year old security system and is that right?" I said no, we live in a gated community and I hung up,

This guy with an east indian accent is soooooooo annoying. He tells me that my family is allowed 20% off our home insurance. I tell him that he should call back cuz I'm just a student and he called me a LIAR!!!!  He kept asking me when he could come to our home. I ended up playing dumb and he got annoyed and hung up.

George is now training a woman, I could hear them both talking ... hopefully they are trying to figure out the status of your alarm system so they can rob you later ...

A man from this number called and said his name was George, and that he was close to my home from the "Surrey Monitoring Centre". I am so sick of these people calling and told him to eff off and hung up. He called back once a minute for the next five minutes with "Unknown Caller" on the ID. He swore at me and threatened to come and rape me (in much more graphic language than that). I hope they really aren't local!

Good to know as I just got a call from this #.  They didn't respond when I said hello twice instead they hung up on me.
