I received a notice of Seepstakes winner with a check enclosed for $4,450.80, on a Citibank Delaware by a company called Halliburton.  I was to call this number to recieve my chertifed check in the amount of $450,000.00.  The letter head was from First National Financial Services UK. the consumer protection dept.  I was asked to call this number and speak to my claims agent.  Kevin West or Sara Rivers.  The enclosed check was to pay the applicable government service tax for non United Kingdon residents.  This is a scam.  It said not to act on the letter until I spoke to my claims agent.
