The caller sounded out of it, like he was slurring. This supervisor at GM Place needs to lay off the JD, or go on a vacation.

Unknown caller, sounded like a telemarketer. When answered the line clicks like someone is going to answer, then line goes dead.
Called 2x within 4 hours, no message.
