This phone number keeps coming up on my phone as Aberdeen, SD. They've called me eight times or so in the past several days. Starting to get a little annoying. Answering the phone leads to being immediately hung up on.

Rude & Cowardly to call and hang up when answering the call.
Probably a scam where just by answering the call you will be charged
for services not requested.
