This number called my cell asking for my fiancée!! We share no bills together so why they would be calling me for him I have no idea! Plus, he has no "Legacy" card....SCAM people!! I have no credit cards at all!!!!

I keep missing their call at 5:00 am (2 Saturdays in a row)...no message either...I have no credit card debt...

Call and are very nasty when the person they are calling for is not home.

They called me today, i googled the number and it brought me here, when i found out what number it was i called them back because it belongs to legacy visa and it was my fault they called me i was a few days late on a payment but it was already in the mail, the lady was not rude she was nice to me.

update I had applied for a card totally forgot about it never received the card and then this month i get a bill for late fees and a service charge owing over $100 I called them and told them I had never gotten the card or used it so cancel it.. well I am still getting calls from them grrr

not sure who they are no dealings with them oh joy another loser company calling here... no message left...

I'm getting 6-8 calls from them everyday. I know my payment is late, but this is ridiculous!!

I am not behind on my payments on this particular credit card and they keep harassing me for no reason at all. SO annoying and disrespectful.

I was a week late. I was on workman comp and the insurance was late paying by a month so I barely made it on normal living. All my were a week late. When I got paid, I paid my bill. I always above the minimal. So when they called they should have gotten the payment. And they are very rude and they don't care.

I receive 8 to 12 calls all day, everyday. they never leave a message. How stupid is that? If it's a bill collector, how are they helping themselves, constantly calling, like they don't have anything else to do.

I also get 6 to 8 calls a day without leaving a message from these people.  I know I owe them money, I am not trying to skirt my responsiblities.  But, really, calling people 6 to 8 times a day is going to make us pay any faster?  I would consider this harassment.

I keep getting a call from 605-782-3759 over and over but no message is ever left.  Please pull this number from getting through.

I called the number and it was First National Bank in Sioux Falls, SD. They calld me 30 times in the first half of December and left no message. What is even crazier is that the call is routed to Canada where this bank does no business.

I want to be taken off the calling list for calls from 605-782-3759, Sioux Falls, SD.  I have no active credit card and have no interest in First National Bank in Sioux Falls, SD.

605-782-3759 4 calls from that number between 8am and 8:30am every single day for at least 2 weeks..... Never a message they just keep calling back. I called them back multiple times each day and get music on hold. Able to finally get a less than cooperative human who would not tell me their affiliation. UNTIL I threatened to have them immediately reported to better business bureau for harrasment..they say they represent LEGACY VISA.

I don't have legacy visa. I tel them if they Ever call me again I will drive to South Dakota and hunt them down and cut out their phone lines..they  hang up on me....and I've not had any further calls.

My husband on work assignment out of town so I answer the home phone thinking he's calling, receive a call from 605-782-3759 informing me my credit card payment is past due. What credit card payment, Legacy, I don't have Legacy, they go into a pitch about the payment and over teh limit etc. I hang up on them. I received 12 more calls withing a 3 hour time frame from the same number. We had to get our phone number changed.

This number is coming from Legacy/First National Credit Card. I have a Visa card with them and my payment is late, so they call non-stop every day starting at 8:30am and don't leave messages. What a pain!

They call several times per day and never say anything. We're sick of this. We are a business who doesn't have time to listen to dead air. We are on the National Do Not Call List and yet they call.

That number called my cell and left no message.  It was First National.  They're supposed to call you if they have an transaction obligation with you, giving you notice per federal guidelines that your name and personal information along with your credit history will be a big red flag if you don't pay attention and take a closer look at your finances to make sure you're in the clear.  They're not obligated to leave a voice mail.  So, you're lucky if First National ever calls you for a reason.   About you folks that say you're dunned for money when you don't use their credit card, read the fine print before applying for the credit card and giving away your number and personal information.

I called First National back.  They said one of the payment transactions did not clear, which should not have happened since it cleared for me at the time of the transaction and I received a current First National statement denoting that the transaction cleared with a "THANK YOU" note on the transaction line.  But I checked with my bank and I discovered the amount and transaction line did not happen on my account.  I corrected the matter on the phone with First National.  They decided not to charge me a late fee which was refunded back to me.  The First National personnel was polite and patient on the phone with me.

I thank First National for their attempts to reach me.  If they didn't, my credit background would have been in a mess.

When the phone rings, face the music.

They call and then don't say anything. This happens several times per day. We are a business and don't have time to keep answering a phone that is not an order. How do I get them to stop? We're on the National Do Not Call list for telemarketers... and they still call!!!!

This is 1st National Credit Card. If you owe them money, pay them off and close the account. The SD Attorney General's office actually employs a person to handle complaints about this bank.
