I have gotten 6 calls today from this phone number. I am outraged that they keep calling when no one in my household is a diabetic or has every ordered from this company.

The company you are referring to is not Four Leaf Clover Diabetic, Inc. FLC does not have a number like this if you look at the website, nor do the customer service representatives speak to a patient in that manner. If you had looked the number up, it would not come up on 4leafcloverdiabetics.net and you would know the women you spoke to was not tell you the truth. You should have asked for the name of the woman you were speaking to and reported that to Four Leaf Clover, if you did indeed believe her.

Received a call from this number yesterday. Wanted my husband's date of birth and medicare number to send an updated glusose meter and supplies. Said her name was Tina. Since I had received a call similar to this a few weeks ago, I hung up and called medicare to let them know. I also let the nurse who comes to see my husband know and she said she would report it to her company and the other nurses. We live in Ga.

The caller "Wireless Caller" on caller ID has called our home almost daily for about 2 weeks. Sometimes no one responds when I say hello. When she does talk, she claims to be from the "diabetic management group" and wants to know if I've been checking my blood sugar... when I ask who she's trying to reach, she gives my deceased (5 years) mother in law's name, who NEVER lived at this number. She has ignored my requests to not call here-- we have been on the "do not call" list for several years.

What I don't understand, especially after reading the above, what purpose does the national and/or state No Call List serve. I've reported these calls several times ( and the FCC Forms are lengthy and require time to complete) yet every single day day we still receive calls. I've already cancelled my cell phone service because AT&T offers zero assistance; as do all the service providers.
My call blocking is full, and I've bought an answering machine to screen calls.
I really would like to meet some of these people in an enclosed room !

Repeated inconvenient calls, I never answer but irritating

Caller identified herself as an employee of "Diabetic Care". She wanted to send a new glucose meter. I explained I already had meter from the VA. She told me I shouldn't use it because the VA Meyer were "refurbished and old meters". She said, "I certainly wouldn't want my husband using a refurbished meter". I explained it worked fine and didn't want the "FREE" meter. She seemed irritated and annoyed at me and became very INSISTENT on sending the meter. Finally, I told her it wasn't FREE.I knew she would be billing Medicare and she hung up. This call came on 8-11-11. I wrote the Inspector Generals Office, my senator and congressman. Don't know if anyone will follow- up but scamming Medicare is despicable and criminal.

We don't know who is calling several times a day from this number. The last time it rang, I picked up just to listen before they hung up and someone asked "Mr. Billy?" I waited till there was a dial tone and hung up.

I too am a senior who received several calls from this number today. Saw the area code on Caller ID and refused to answer.

I worked at the call center that generated these calls, and they sell their leeds to "4 Leaf Clover Diabetic supplies".. "4 Leaf Clover" is a legitimate diabetic supplier in Hayesville, NC..their number to verify that they are legit is 888-777-3202....their website is: www.4leafcloverdiabetics.com
The calls are generated by an autodialer through a network that each computer is attached to. To the best of my knowledge they were doing legitimate business, they are probably annoying as hell, but I feel liked I helped alot of elderly people that were buying their diabetic supplies..
If you don't want solicitors to call your home, get on the do not call nationwide registry by going to:
www.donotcall.gov/default.

got a call from 606-316-2601 about 5 pm EST. I am on the "do not call" list. I would love to know who they are so I could report them! With mobility issues, I am slow to get to the phone. They were gone by the time I got there--did not leave a message.

My husband answered a call from this number, but it was full of static. They asked if anyone in the home was diabetic. My husband said they'd have to call back because he couldn't hear them.

I got a call from this number today, but didn't answer it because I didn't recognize the number. In the meantime I did a search and came up with the information posted here. About an hour later I received another call from this number. I answered it and the guy wanted to speak to my wife about her diabetes
machine. (she is not diabetic) I told him she had the new model. He asked if there were any more people that were diabetic, I told him we all were, his answer "oh my goodness". I am the only other person here, and I'm not diabetic.
I think at this time he was beginning to figure out that I was putting him on.
Bottom line, do like my son does when he gets one of the nuisance calls, keep them on the line talking gibberish and not giving them any real information. Stay on the line talking until they get enough and hang up. You probably won't be bothered again.

I have received numerous calls from this number....very annoying to say the least. I'm glad I googled it to find out what was going on. Don't intend to answer and certainly won't give my medicare number!

Call from a boiler room operation which apparently has unauthorized access to confidential medical information. In addition they are in violation of the "do not call list" as our number is on that list.

Just received the 2nd call from this number. Latisha stated she was calling from Med Center wanting to know if I or anyone in the household was checking our blood sugars daily. When I told her I knew this was a scam, she stated this was a call center. I said that's fine just to keep talking a little longer, that this call was being recorded, and traced as we speak. She coulnd't hang up fast enough. I figured if she could call and lie to me, why not throw it back.

Man said his name was James Woods and he was working for Diabetic Management and wanted to send me an upgraded meter for my testing. He verified my address and wanted my doctor's name which I gave to him.(He didn't have her name so he added her to the list.) He then wanted me to get my medicare card to verify that number. RED FLAG....I told him that I didn't think that I needed to give him that and the phone went dead! Sorry that I verified my address now. Somehow these people have got a listing of people that bought meters. I bought mine 2 years ago.

I received five calls from this number over a two hour period yesterday (August 11, 2011) and noticed that they did not leave a message on any of the first four. I decided to answer on the fifth call. They identified themselves (probably a false name) and the name of the company they were with.
Cutting to the chase: ultimately they asked for my medicare number to verify that it was what they had on file. I said that if they had one on file to read it to me and I would verify if it was correct - click. They were not on the line any more. I called the number back and there was a message that voice mail had not been set up yet.
This morning I called the Office of the Inspector General hotline at 800-447-8477. It took a while and I had to work my way down through a bunch of menus and punch in some numbers but I finally did get a real person. First, they said the number was not a real number but a number that was redirected from a real one. Second, they said all they wanted was my Medicare Number so that they could send in false claims (an ongoing problem with Medicare fraud). Third, they took my name and address and thanked me for reporting this - they are aware of this outfit and are trying to track them down.
Now, whatever you do - do NOT give them your Medicare Number - they are not after your Social Security Number; they are after your Medicare Number.

I know we've received about 3 from this number today and have no idea lately but enough that everyone knows that some ditz from KY is going wild with the phone - we have never been able to or wanted to answer it. I had wondered since the auto repair insurance scams also originate from that same territory and probably the same call center but don't know. I do know that they should be banned - they obviously don't give a flip about the DNC law and apparently it doesn't have any teeth anyway.

This number has been calling my cell for over a week...never leaves a message. I finally was able to answer it today...when they called for the second time in an hour....and she identified herself as "Ashley from Diabetic Management" she then asked if there was a diabetic in the house? When I told her "no, and please stop calling, I am on the do not call list", she hung up. Hopefully that will be the end of that:)
