Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

When i answer, they hang up n then call back from unknown #? Ive asked to b removed, time n time agin its always some one with indin ascents? N a few days it will start agin!

This number called me today and asked for someone I never heard of. This is the 3rd call I have recieved from them in the past three days. Each time I have asked to have my  number removed, they tell me it will be removed in 24-72 hours. I look forward to this. When I asked them for an address to send a certified letter to have my number removed, I was transfered to a supervisor (who has no name or extention number to be transfered to) to whom I asked to be removed, and was offered another number of the company who hired them to have it removed. The supervisor could not give me their company name nor the company name who hired them to call. The supervisor refused to give me an address to send the letter of removal to and kept offering the phone number. I accepted the phone number and called them and they knew nothing of what I was talking about and refused to give their company name and hung up on me. I have since filed a complaint with the FCC and look forward to their assistance (if any).
My final thought is that this must be somekind of collection agency, and I have handled them in the past to be removed from their call list.
