Calling the government doesn't seem to do any good - but at the bottom of their company page they have a link to the BBB which has given them an A- rating. Seems like the way to fix that is to complain to the BBB

They've called the office phone for the last 3 days.  I have to answer every call unfortunately.  All 3 times it was XXXXX (pick a random western sounding name) representing Adweek magazine.

Really staticky, obvious call center call.  Caller barely speaks English, keeps asking for people in Marketing department, most of whom no longer work here.

This company has called our business repeatedly, asking for various managers, always butchering both first and last names because they can barely speak English. They are calling about their "free magazine subscription. We have repeatedly asked every time to remove us from their call list but they continue to call. We are now getting their number blocked. Definitely a call center in India. SCUM!

I Keep getting calls from this number and the one this morning left a long scratchy noise on my answering service.

I receive calls daily from this number to my work cell but have never picked up because I have a strict policy of not answering calls that are not in my directory. If it is important they will leave a message and they never do. I finally did a reverse lookup today and found the same info posted above at the Kentucky location.

This number called my office phone. As I did not recognize it, I sent it to voice mail. Naturally, they didn't leave a message. Upon googling it, I found this site. After reading the comments, I decided to give them a call back and tell them not to bother the office of (insert company name here) ever again or I would have them reported. I picked up the phone and dialed them back only to reach this: "We're sorry, this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service". WOW. Well done, how'd they do that so quickly??!!

Lester handles controlled circulation magazine renewals for a wide range of publications. Some years back they would call to verify eligibility information and their operators were professional and they spoke English. The phone call would last a minute or two and you were good for a full year.

Now, as others have pointed out, you either get a call with no one on the line when you answer or, if you're extra lucky, you get a non-English speaking mumbler.  I can't imagine how long a renewal would take because I've never had the patience.

The magazines want to keep up their circulation numbers.  That's not gonna happen with the Lester clowns responsible for renewals.

Fire Lester and hire a company that employs English speaking Americans.

They called twice today and left a message of static only a couple of seconds long.  This is the first time they've called me.

They called my work phone today but didn't say anything -- all I got on the voice mail was 1 minute of background noise.

I received a call from this number, 606-834-8725, I did not know who it was and I did not answer the call.  Searched online and found that many other people have reported receiving calls from this number.

They called my cell at 7:30 AM....no massage I work at night...my head hits the pellow at 6 am.

Just received a call from 606-834-8725.  Same as several above...I did not answer and they left a brief, scratchy (no words, just static) message.  When I called back the recording says the number has been disconnected or no longer in service.  What a waste of my (and everyone's) time.

All attempts to stop this unscrupulous company from incessant interuptions have failed, They should be shut down

I heard they can record phone calls with you knowing.  I guess if you have something to hide this is bad...

Calling then hanging up without saying a word is a form of harassment. And calling across both state lines and internationally probably makes it some sort of federal crime. I'm sure the FTC or some organization like that must have a law against that.

I recieve daily calls, but have ignored all. They never leave a message.

If they call you, call back at this number:  (606) 833-0102 x7017 (Melissa) (although I got a person from the main number)>  Ask them to remove you.  Of course they asked for name and I refused to give it, simply stating that this was a business phone number and they should remove me.

Called CMP Media & they (of course) deny they are responsible for the calls.
I told them to check their marketing with respect to telemarketing policies & outsourcing to this offending company.
I told them to check this & other sites for the 1000's of complaints & asked if THAT'S good business.

I will certainly NEVER do any business with them until they STOP harrassing people in this manner (up to 10 calls per day)
