Got a call from a private number 607-299-4128 at 1:47 AM, by the time I stumbled to the phone to answer it, there was only a beeping noise. This is the second call from this number, the first time it was around 10:30 PM, still too late for me to answer it before the answering machine picks up on the fourth ring. I tried calling the number but it just rings, no answer.
Calls that late are upsetting, you expect it to be a hospital or some bad news. Who makes calls at 1:47?
