Have gotten this pay phone call several times, we don't pick up and they don't leave a message.

Pay Phone 1 - 607-562-8715  suspect from a prison.

Stop calling my FAX number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't answer, left no message, hung up after 3 rings

Got the same calls Elmira 6073980395 also same harasments from Verizon 215- 215-4754 and 215-687-4699

Caller ID says New York Call, I am on the DNC list.

Just found this thread.  I got the same call.  Caller ID says Elmira Ny and I presed 1 to be put on the DNC list and it hung up on me.  I called it back and it said haligan events & design.  left a message to be put on the dnc list.  Looks like that won't be honored.  Hope by pressing 1 I didn't open our number up to being part of a prison scam that was going around a while ago.

Answered & a message telling me that I am coming up on the deadline & that I've been sent several notices & that if I don't press 1 action could be taken. I pressed one & she asked if I wanted to take advantage of the credit card consolidation & if I had at least 1 active credit card. When I said I was interested in taking my name off the list she hung up on me. I called back & like the rest of the ppl on here I got a recording Saying it was Haligan Events & Design. So I left a message telling them I was reporting them.

My caller id shows TOLL FREE 1-607-398-0395, we didn't answer. Then we block the # right the way. We will NEVER answer TOLL FREE, UNKNOW CALLER or weird phone #.

left no message.

Caller id shows as "Elmira NY", no one was on the phone, just dead air..

The caller ID'd the number as 'Elmira' as it did the previous person.  No message.  Creepy.

This comes through caller ID as "Elmira". Which, coincidentally, is also a prison in New York ;)

Called me with automated message saying last chance to get low interest rate.  I have been getting these calls almost daily now, from different numbers.  Waited for a representative and she asked, "are you interested in our low interest rate?" and I said "yes" as I wanted to find out who this was.  She then hung up on me.

I called the number back and got Halogen Events and they ask you to leave a message.

I receive one of these calls about once a week. I try to ask questions and they hang up. When I called the number back they identify themselves as Holigan Events & Design and ask you to leave a message..

I just want them to stop calling !Please they are very ruled!

They called, I answered, it was an automated message about credit card consolidation. It said "Press 1 to speak with a helpful representative". I pressed 1, a guy answered, I asked to be placed on the do not call list, he hung up.

Not so "helpful" after all.

BOGUS CREDIT CARD SCAM ! They hung up on me when I started asking questions about the credit card!

may 23, 5:43 pm received three rings, no one there when I answered.  I seem to get one of these calls three or four times a week.  Sometimes robocall says they need to speak to me about my credit cards.

My number is on the DNC federal list.

have tried calling back to this number, but get recording that call cannot go through as dialed, must be using spoofed caller id.

same thing, mumbled something and hung u8p.

Just sort of mumbled something and hung up.

Left no message, could not call back
