Fredrick Brown left a message on my sisters home phone stating this message is for Lisa and this is Fredrick Brown. I need you to call this number 1-607-299-0804 we are in the end stages of a very serious complaint and a investigation involving 2 citations and this is extreme extremely urgent you call me.  Attached to the citations are (he names my Daughter and my sister) and this will be filed in (he named the county I live in) he goes on to say how serious this is and it could result in my arrest. I did have a payday loan like 3 years ago. I got in an accident and am disabled and have no way of paying the whole thing at once.  Can I be arrested?  This really scares me I'm on disability and only have Medicare. My sister traced the number and it is check systems.  Should I call him back?

Called me, my wife and my mother-in-law stating there was a warrant out for my arrest, that they were impounding my car, etc. Charges were "Merchant CC fraud." Are you kidding me?? For debt. This firm thinks we're all uneducated and don't know better.  Called and reported with local Sheriff's office. Idiot called while Deputy was at my home making the report. Deputy advised him against calling me again, and told him to file the complaint in a Civil Court if it was a debt issue, he cannot therefore the only thing he has left is idle threats of myself and my family.

called husband's cell phone threatning us again, this person Michael Copeland representing jackobly king(sp?) said again warrant out for my arrest.  this person also called my husband's niece threatining her. this person never says what the debt is or if there is any documents just the riverside county sheriif will arrest us.  this was finally reported to the riverside sherrifs (two cases) as it is no interstate fraud.FBI  FCC voolations FTC already done. knows my name and age. bottom feeder needs to go away for a long time and be shut down.

this number called my husband's cell, stating my name and age and saying there was a warrant out for my arrest and charges(no reason) will insue..a Michael Copeland said he was representing a law firm(no name) we know no one in new York and it is probably a burner phone ( I guess fraud charges on something) funny if I had fraud on me legitimately I would have gone to jail years ago...scum bag bottom feeder. how they got my husband's cell phone and name ?

The people call my cell and my CHILDS cell phone and told her they were going to file charges against me.
Nice thing to tell a little girl, she was crying she was so scared

The called my er where I work today twice and stated that they were about to file fraud charges on me.
