Stupid people thst just place a phone call without any regard as to the time zone they are calling, never mind whom they may wake up, and best of all don't leave a message or "oops wrong number" as a poor apology.

I had one absolute moron call the other day at 2:33 AM. Stupid people everywhere - and sadly these idiots are allowed to vote, which is worse than letting them drive. (Remember if they vote, they can do unseen amounts of damage!) Just like calling and hanging up.
