Received a call from this number before I was awake. Answered; recorded message about getting me a lower rate on my credit card. Figure it's a scam. Caller ID shows Ira M. Davenport. I'm on national DoNot Call list,
but figure they just make random calls, probably in sequence.  I normally don't answer unless I know the
caller.

They called wanting to lower my interest rates on a credit card. The recorded voice said her name was Heather. Sounds like a scam! Claimed the low interest rate is available for a very short period of time and requested I contact them ASAP. Did not call.

They just called me, didn't answer and no message.

These a-holes are busy today.

I have the additional information needed. The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. People that have given these lowlifes their card number have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these junkies, and warn others before they are cheated!

I received a call from 607-776-8627.  I did not answer as I do not recognize the number.  I added it to my "black list".  Call control is the best invention for my cell phone!!!!!

I received a call from 607-776-8627. It was a robodialer from Heather in Account Services. There is nothing wrong with my credit card, but it is urgent I contact them regarding elligibility for lowering my rate to 6.9%. Then the message cutout without telling me the company name or phone number.

Got call from this number and like everyone else no message was left. I too never answer a call unless I know who it is. (No one should). PS: so much for the 'Do NOT Call' list.

I just got a call from there also as far as I know it is in bath ny and it is a Verizon phone number and landline  number I never answered it either and they never left a message either. I never answer a number I do not know either we believe by looking it up online it is a person trying to sell stuff.
