They are very annoying and I wish they would stop calling my home phone! Never leaves a message. There is no reason for them to call!

They just call and hang up.  Never leave a message. Just called and asked them to stop calling me.

This company has been calling my cell phone for months although I have no idea how they got my number. I finally spoke to a live person after many recorded messages regarding my "mortgage". I asked what information they had and they asked me where I lived and what company my mortgage was through. I told that person that as they are calling me they should at least know my name otherwise they are simply telemarketers. I told the person that they are calling my cell phone during daytime weekday hours and I am being charged for the call. I also informed them that my phone is registered on the do not call list. I asked them to stop calling and I was hung up on. This was a month ago and I received another call today so I did file a complaint with the do not call registry. Hopefully they will shut this little scam down!

Just received a call from this number when answered didn't even say a word - when I called back no one answered and just hung up.  On the do not call list and don't appreciate this corporation calling me several times a week.

Received 2 in a row @ 6:08pm weeknight = 1st time hung up, then they called immediately back (trying to 'beat' the voice messaging and get through??).  The caller did not leave a message.

called and told them I'm on the no calling list and he was belligerent. Said he was FHA and has more mortgage benefits.  Nasty people.

I am on the "Do Not Call" List and would appreciate mortgage companies not calling here.

It appears to be a Merchant Cirlce with coupons for the Madison, WI area.

Receive calls from this number frequently, never leaves a message.  Also on the do not call list, however doesn't seem to do much good..

Number on my caller ID. No message was left. I am on the do not call list too.

I have received at least 10 calls from these people recently.  They NEVER leave a message on my machine, nor does anyone say anything when I have picked it up.  I also am on the do not call list.  It is so rude to stop what I and doing, walk across the house, answer the phone to just get the dial tone in my ear.  SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!!!!!!

they called and said they were the navy they had access to asvab score wich was weird they gave me a call back number

Keep getting calls from the number--They do not leave messages, but want them to stop calling.

Apparently these people don't understand "Do not call here again". I am glad to see I am not the only person frustrated by the fact that they call even though I'm registered on the Do Not Call list.

I keep getting calls from the number 608-242-8717.  No one answered and then they just hung up on me.  I'm getting a little irritated as my number's on the do not call list. They better stop calling before I report them!

We get calls frequently and there is never anyone on the line.

Don't know who this number is; definitely not a friend or someone I know.  Don't see the purpose of a no call list if still getting harassed with UNWANTED phone calls/numbers!

I can not believe the ignorance of some people in today's hard times there are people and company's that help. Who we don't know it can be a scary feeling. One thing for sure First american has helped in many ways today and tomorrow..

I worked with Melanie on a recent refinance and it was a great help.  I was recommended to her by a friend that did a refinance and was extremely happy.  They saved me and my wife $400 a month and dropped our mortgage rate almost 2%!!!  People have had issues from what I'm seeing but we were extremely happy with Melanie and the service she offered.  This company has done a great job and helped our situation.  Thanks
