claims to be calling from California PUC conducting a 15 min survey on electricity use. provides a different number to call back. calls all hours of the day including sundays. really annoying.

The same number keeps calling me everyday as well. I tried calling back and only got a voicemail. It provides a directory if you don't know the ext number of the person your trying to reach, but you still have to know the person you're trying to reach in order to use the directory!

Keeps calling, every day .. even Sunday ... if answering machine picks up.. it calls back right away.  I called the number back and got a voicemail .. obviously some automated robot caller.
