I just got this crap from some 832-735-3950(HOUSTON) number. watch out this bi*** is using multiple numbers...

"hi Dani".......this time they want me to add them as addisonflirt20.  I said i wouldn't add them unless i knew who they were.  The reply: oh no I have no signal ;(......i want to know how they know my name too!

Received a text saying hey Aaron that was all, I have been getting a lot like this from other numbers. How do they know my name?

Received a simple text saying "Hey :)". Unfortunately, I responded asking who it was before reading this, no response received.

Got a text saying "hi Dylan." The mystery texter is using the username elizabethflirty9 now.

Same as others have noted - I received a text message saying "hi Erin".  I responded asking who it was (as I recently lost my phone and some contacts) and they replied to add them to my IM (screen name "aubreychick").  Delete and block!

Same as above. Text message saying "hi Jeff". I responded "who is this?" to which they replied to add them to my IM (screen name "bailychick24"). They added that they have no battery life to chat. Total scam.

I just got a text from this number and it said "hello Anthony" and nothing more. When I asked who it was I got no reply. Odd that the mystery texter knew my name.

Text message received, inviting me to chat via webcam. I suspect it's a blackmail scam. They get you on video, then threaten to release any embarrassing footage unless money is paid.
