Google shows a whole buncha hits for this number. They all show different companies. Doesn't make sense. I get a lot of calls from this number. I'll be interested in seeing if anyone else does, too. Maybe you can give me a hint on who keeps bothering me.

My name is Scott Hafetz. I am the owner and President of Hafetz & Associates. I would like to shed some light on this person's negative comments about my firm. I have been in the insurance business for over 20 years. I have been a Master Broker for Horizon Blue Cross & Blue Shield of NJ for over 10 years. There is a great deal of criteria  that goes into the decision to deem an agency the coveted designation of "Master Broker". First of all, there are only 20 Master Brokers agencies in the state of NJ for Horizon Blue Cross small group market. Size, amount and quality of service are some of the major criteria that go into the decision to qualify an agency as a Master Broker (also known as "General Agent"). We serve literally thousands of small, medium and large businesses. We have won the Horizon Blue Cross "Tri-Athele" award numerous times over the last 10 years. This award is based on the quality of all administrative aspects of the Health Insurance business. We are currently in the top 10 of all Master Broker Small Group Agencies in the state, #1 in Group Life and #1 in Dental.
    One only needs to digest the aforementioned accomplishments to understand and realize that these accolades do not come without merit or performance.  I would respectfully request whomever wrote the negative comments please contact me personally to discuss what could have possibly on this earth gone so wrong with my staff that would incite this person to write such a thing. In addition to my Brokers, I have an administrative staff of 12, of which any could have helped this person if given the chance. Unless we know of underlying problems or issues we can't help. I find it extremely difficult to comprehend how a client could have called here 4 times without a response. Additionally, we have a state of the art software and computer system in our over 5000 square foot office building. Please remember one important point: Insurance can be purchased from thousands of brokers in this day and age. But, it is service that is going to make one broker or agency stand out among the rest. If we haven't demonstrated our ability to service our clients, I find it hard to believe we would have enjoyed the major sucess that we have.  Again, please contact me as soon as possible so I may have the opportunity to try to fix what went wrong and to personally apoligize for any inconvenience you might have incurred.

Multiple calls from this 609-555-5555 during the day. When I've picked up there is no one there.
Sometimes the phone only rings once before they hang up.

In over 15 years in business, I can confidently claim that Hafetz and Associates is, by far, the WORST business I have ever dealt with! They are adept at sales, but customer service is nonexistent! Everything they touch further demonstrates their entire organization's incompetence. They consistently fail on simple administrative tasks and generally accepted business practices! I had to impersonate a prospective client to get one of their brokers to return 4 ignored calls for a duplicate insurance ID card. I filed a claim with them and received a check back the FOLLOWING YEAR! One associate told me that they didn't have a computer at Hafetz! I requested an information booklet for an employee, a very simple request. When they responded a week later, stellar performance for Hafetz, it was with a generic one page benefits summary readily accessible on the insurer's website...I do have a computer. Even better, it was for the wrong insurance plan. Their brokers routinely ignore phone calls and e-mails and I find it easier to deal directly with the insurance company, altogether eliminating their purpose. THEIR UTTER INCOMPETENCE IS MORE THAN INCONVIENIENT, IT'S OUTRIGHT FRIGHTENING! AVOID THE HASSLE, AVOID HAFETZ! THERE ARE MANY, MUCH BETTER OPTIONS AVAILABLE...THEY ARE A "MASTER HASSLE!"

I called & asked them to remove me.  They acted like they didn't know that phone number- but she took my number & said she would remove it.  Hope it happens- annoying!

I missed a call from this number on my cell phone. Now I have another number to add to my address book under "DO NO ANSWER" hhaa! I'm glad there are sites like this to get the word out about business that use dirty tactics to try and solicit us.

I've received multiple calls from 609-555-5555.  Usually there is nobody on the line, today there was someone actually still on the line and the call was coming from the Scott R. Hafetz independent insurance agency of Linwood NJ.  They apparently sell health insurance to businesses when they are not annoying people with unwanted calls.
Their web site gives an address of 609 New Road Linwood NJ 08221 and a telephone number of 609.872.0001. Website is srhafetz.com.
They hung up on me before I could question them or tell them that they are violating the law.

I called back the number thinking it was Trenton NJ.
