Calls come in repeatedly under different numbers.  I am on the no call list.  I also have the  numbers blocked on my Verizon account but because they use different numbers the calls get through.  I am registering a complaint with the FCC.

I receive calls from these people several times a week.   I usually hang up as soon as a man says (in a very serious voice) - "if you are a senior citizen listen".   Next time I'll listen longer and try to talk to someone.

As ominous as the voice sounds if I was a nervous person - I would be scared instead of very annoyed.

If you really want to stop these people, complain OFFICIALLY to the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs. Contact Monica Brown of their Telemarketing Dept at Monica.Brown@freshfromflorida.com and/or go to the website www.800helpFLA.com and use the online complaint form. Be as specific as possible. Name Michael Hilgar and Elite Information Solutions and say that his company is making direct sales solicitations in violation of Florida law in addition to violating Federal law (you can make that complain to the FCC). Unbelievably when I spoke with Monica she told me NO ONE had yet made a formal complaint against this company. I did. Now YOU need to do as well so we can put these people behind bars. Michael Hilgar IS a criminal and known con artist. Just look up his record. He has gone from one scam (roofing and stucco) to another. WE need to stop him.

I get. Call from these peopl daily from various numbers .i have asked them to remove my name . They promise to. I continue to get and just hang up when I receive. I wish somone could stop these pirates!!

Senior Medical Benefits ignores the Do Not Call List

I have tried to stop this caller "....if you are a senior citizen...." etc, regarding a "free" alert system. I must have had 1 to 3 calls a day for 2 months now....really. PLEASE tell me how I can stop this invasion of my privacy!!! I'm on the Do Not Call list. I've hit the number they said to use to get off their calling list. What else can I do. I'm too old to keep jumping up and down for this really irritating phone call (they may CAUSE me to have the fall they claim they want to protect me from).

Complain to your State Attorney General's office. Indiana State Attorney General filed suit against this company in August, putting a restraining order on them to stop calling people in Indiana.  Indiana had over 600 complaints on this company.  Your state will listen if they get enough complaints, your complaint definity counts. This company stopped calling Indiana, but they are still calling the rest of the states and now starting to call Canada.  If every state puts a restraining order on them, they will have no one to call in the US.

The name of this company is Elite Information Solutions out of Casselberry, Florida, but the company is using a UPS store address in Orlando for their principal place of business.  Company owner is Michael Hilgar.  This company goes by several FAKE names.  Here are a few names that they are using:  Safeline Medical Alert, Senior Medical Benefits, Senior Medical Advisory, Senior Alert Line, and Senior Safeline.

Receiving daily calls from this number.   They hang up when they get my answering machine.  I have now blocked their number so they won't get thru again.

Keep calling and does not leave message - many times!

Safeline Alert - sued by Indiana Office of the Attorney General
for robocalling using the same message.

Call originating from Cranbury, NJ. I never pick up these calls as I don't want anyone in the call center to think that there's a live person here. I'm hoping that their robocaller will eventually run out of attempts and give up.

Turned on my vacation home phone 3 weeks ago; that's 21 days; each of which i received a call from 609 642 2608. Not once have they left a message, which I'm ok with, but really annoying.  So much for being on the DNC list.

Am on the do not call list but this number comes up routinely anway.  They never leave a message and my caller id just says "Out of Area" above the phone number.  I NEVER pick up calls from "Out of Area" since ALL my friends/relatives call from known phone numbers.

Took the call. Telemarketer message aimed at senior citizens to sell medical alert equipment. Push 1 to talk to someone or 5 to be removed from their list. I chose 5. Time will tell if it works.

Why has the Do Not Call Registry become so ineffective recently? Starting about two months ago I have been receiving these annoying calls almost daily after going for years with no calls.

CALL HANG UP EVERY DAY THIS HAS TO STOP

They are trying to qualify seniors who answer the call.  On do not call list.  Have filed a complaint and an FCC complaint but still get them from this number and others with the same message.

I have been receiving few phone calls from this number.I have caller ID so I did not answer.I let to go to the machine and there is never any message left.It is annoying.

these people keep calling and it is getting to be a pain in the neck they are selling something and they dont give up. hope you can do something about this. they call 2 to 3 times a day and half the the time no one speaks

I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER.  THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL MEDICAL ALERTS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.  ANOTHER ABUSE OF THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY!  I HAVE BEEN FILING COMPLAINTS LEFT AND RIGHT TO STOP THESE ROBO CALLS TO NO AVAIL.  WHAT GOOD IS IT HAVING A LAW THAT NO ONE ADHERES TO?
