Got a call on my cell phone at 10:58, 4/3/09, but I did not answer it. I received similar calls from other numbers within the last week.  Annoying.

Called me today at 4:50pm on 4/3/09...Trying to figure out the location of the number...

Called about a car warranty my second notice. When I asked which car he was calling about he hung up.

another call.  Every day, a new call. or six. from a new number.  Been going on for weex.

they keep calling about auto warranty, when you get them they hang up on you.  They sound foreign and shaddy.

Fraudulent vehicle warrenty expiring.
I never had warrenty on my vehicle.
Even If I did, it would have expired 5 years ago

Automated call about my 1st/2nd warranty about to expire... tell me to push 1 or 2. Then it disconnects before I have a chance to push the numbers.

yea they called me and i answered and i put myself on the dont call list and they called again yesterday, then i answered again and i told them i was to young to even have my drivers license and they dont listen it is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo annoying.

Honda has one freakin awesome warranty! I have a 1990 Accord with 280K miles and the warranty is ABOUT to expire! Is it 20 years or 300K? I'm signing up for that!!

Tells you that the factory warranty on your car has expired and that this is the second notice. I called my dealership and they said this is a common scam... DONT ANSWER or give them any personal info.

I filed my complaint with the FCC.  I encourage everyone else to do the same.

These jack***es call me several times a day. How do I stop them from calling? I'm told this is about my car warranty. I have none. I get multiple calls a day and I've gotten them for weeks!

i get a call once a day from these b*****ds and i don't even own a car!!!

I live in Hawaii and have been getting these warranty calls for the past few years. But in the past 2 days, the following numbers called both of my cell phones. It's annoying and wearing thin on my patience. Hope this helps:

1st call:  4:30pm HST 4/2/09 at the office; Pre-recorded introduction stating that my auto warranty has expired.  I pressed '1' to speak to someone. I asked the woman who answered what the nature of their business is.  She replied she would put my phone number on the Do Not Call list -- so I inquired what number was dialed.  She recited it so quickly I asked her to repeat it four more times.  She got more and more annoyed, reassuring that she'd remove my number from their call list ... after that, she hung up.  I Googled the number she provided and it appears to be a legitimate local land line phone number but I don't know who owns it.

2nd call:  11:45am HST 4/3/09 at the office; Same pre-recorded introduction.  This time I managed to jot down the phone number on caller ID display (609-718-0668).  Unfortunately, the line went dead before I could press '1' to speak to someone.

In both instances, the call rang all the phones in our office (akin to pressing '0' to speak to someone immediately) and we do not have a main number for our office either.  So, I can't say which office phone was originally dialed, if at all.

They keep calling me... and keep calling me... and keep calling me. There is nothing you can do from their side to make them stop calling, so you may as well torture them. Give up a year, make, model of your dream car (not your real car), when they get to the credit card part, scream this phrase at the top of your lungs:

"I dont have a credit card!  AAAAAaerrrrrrrrrrgggggg!!!  I don't even drive a real car !!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHRRRRGGGGGGGG!!!!!"

You get to pay for the call anyhow, so have fun! Perhaps the guy on the other end of the line will look for a new line of work?

Like others here I've gotten tons of these calls (from various numbers) in the last several months. I've heard the scammers use computers to place the calls and give a phony originating number. I guess they figure if they call enough people randomly somebody will have a car whose warranty is about to expire and might get suckered in.

I normally don't give out my cell phone number. I use my cell phone for family or emergency situations. My cell phone beeps constantly so I have to delete these annoying incoming calls.  Phone beeps are indications of missed calls and will keep beeping until I look up these calls.

These clowns have been calling me for the last six months.  Hung up on more times than I can count.  This is criminal.  Is this happening on everyone's cell phone?

I keep getting call from this # 609 718 0668 I have told them to stop and this time win I asked to talk to a manager he hung up on me

I continue to get calls over and over from this number on my cell phone always stating it is my second notice about a warranty about to expire. I have no car warranty at all.

for the past 2 days, telemarketers has been bombarding my cellphone.
yesterday was 571-431-1262 and 202-527-6024 and today this number.
the calls must be from the same desperate guy who is trying to sell junk services.

I don't understand why they want to keep calling someone who 1st of all doesn't have a warranty and second doesn't owe money on my vehicle (thus can afford repairs) and most of all, I OWN A REPAIR SHOP. I don't need a warranty. I'm NEVER going to buy one from them- Why do they insist on wasting their time calling?
Especially after arguing with they guy and having him say- he's never going to stop- well- I'm never going to do business with you so what's the real point? UGH. My husband told him next time he calls- he's going to drive to Ontario himself and kick the guys a**.

They called me again on my cell phone.  I am in Little Rock Ark on active duty in the army and have no idea how they got my number.  I have an old car that never had a warrantee when I have had it.  They HAVE to be sellecting numbers at random but what do they get out of it?

I just ignore these area codes I don't know, then search this site to verify it was spam. If it wasn't, then I'll call back ... or answer the next time they call.

even the scammers are having hard times in this economy.  I mean calling someone that doesn't even have a warranty on their car. What a bunch of low lives.
