I keep receiving calls but cannot call back. This concerns me

It's a legitimate number at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital as a friend of mine works there and calls me from time to time.  Either you know someone who is employed there, or someone you know may have been admitted, and they are trying to reach you...

But what if i don't know anyone at that hospital.. or even anyone in the Landsdale area??
