I will be filing a private complaint at a local magistrate agains TruGreen, they are harrassing me with their phone calls.

I got a call from 610-266-7258 on 1/19/12.  I answered, and a man said "Hey, is this Mr [my name mispronounced]?"  I said "Uh, yes, this is Mr [my name pronounced correctly", and he hung up.

they call my cell phone twice a day! i refuse to pick up unless they leave a message

Thery call and do not leave message - I call them and it rings no answer

i got two calls from this number and I finally answered it and it was tru-green chemlawn!!!

610-266-7258 is TruGreen.  I was tired of them calling without leaving a VM and when I call them back no one picking up.  So one day I picked up and asked who was trying to get a hold of me.  Oh one more thing they also use these #'s so watch out for them.

These comments really helped!  I have been getting numerous calls from this number and had no idea who it was.  THey did the same thing - never left a message and when I called it back, no one would answer.  Now I know who it is.  Thanks a bunch!

I was receiving calls from this number every other day for the past 2 weeks...when I answer, i hear someone on the other line but then they hang up after 2 seconds.  I called back and no answer.

From these posts, I called the local Trugreen office (I used them in the past but canceled the service), and told them that I will report this to the local PD if the calls do not stop.  The girl told me it was an automated dialer that's "touchy", but I told her I don't care...either fix it and stop calling me or I will take action.  We'll see what happens next week.

This is a big help.  I am going to give them a call.  I cannot believe they have to nerve to do this.

Thank to you all previous commenters! For the last week or so I too have been getting called daily, sometimes twice, and last time I picked up there was no one there. A call back rang and rang. I use TruGreen so they will be getting an earful from me next time I talk to my local guys, automated dialer or not! The company is still responsible for it.
