Why do I keep getting phone calls and hang ups from this number

Getting tons of calls from this company and no one is on the other line. I call back and the line is busy

I've been getting calls from this number for two weeks now every few days. They never leave a message.

This number has been calling me every evening now for the past week or so.  Today was the first time that somebody actually talked to me and they said they were from the associated press and wanted to give me $75 if i answered a few questions about adults in my home.
