ask for my daughter said she hasn't lived here in 10 years constantly still call.

They are debt collection agency/law firm out of West Chester, PA.  They typically buy old debts that the original creditor already wrote off their books.  These guys buy that debt for pennies on the dollar.

Can these people actually sue someone?????? i have a debt that is 2yrs old with sears lost my job and couldnt pay them....had the credit protection on my account , but sears refused to pay because i was 1 hr short of the work hours they wanted...... never said u had to work a minimum amount of hrs......any suggestions on how to handle these guys.....
