They've called me three times since noon but, as above, no message and when I answer, just silence

Sounds like a scam, "I'm calling because you are enrolled in school and to looking to get a degree."

I already have a degree.

"That's actually not the only reason I called." And then some junk about magazines.

I don't want any of those either. Remove me from the list. We'll see if I get a call again.

Calls several times a day for the past three weeks, never leaves a message. When answered no response

I receive phone calls from this number often, no one is on the line,, line is always busy when I try to return call

I'm over this.  Who is this??

I ANSWERED PHONE WITH HELLO.  NO ONE SAID ANYTHING, SO I HUNG UP.  216-0589, HAS CALLED TWO DAYS STRAIGHT.  NO ANSWER OR MESSAGE LEFT.

They call my cell constantly but never leave a message. If I am able to answer, there is nothing but silence. I have no idea who this is.

They keep calling me and i'm on the No Call List.

Called but would not speak until just before I hung up (about 10 seconds).

Since last week I have been getting calls on my cell phone.  I have yet to answer, so I let it go to voicemail.  Never gotten a message.

They call every couple of days. When I don't answer, they leave a voice mail saying nothing but "hello".
But when I do answer, they don't say anything!

Telemarketer about magazine subscriptions ... says she's from "Publishers".  I asked if she was from Publishers Clearing House, and she said no.  I said I wasn't interested in magazines.

this number keeps calling my cell phone, and because i dont know who it is i let it go to my voicemail, they leave a 1 second message. When i try to call the number back it just gives me a busy signal. Who is this trying to call me???

they call me once or twice a day and when i answer they just sit there.
