I got the same thing and filed a complaint with the FTC since I have been on the no-call list for several years now.
When I tried to complain to Protected Domain Services, they informed me that they only register the domain and that I needed to contact the hosting service (who are out of business.)
This really ticks me off, as I pay for SMS messages received unless I call Verizon every time I get an SMS spam and complain. I could not find the true source of the phone call, but am turning it over to the Oregon Attorney General for legal action based on our anti-SPAM law.

Junk Text from "unregistered version of SMSCaster" that I've "been selected to recieive a free Apple product" and a link to a website, "www.LimitedFreeOnline.com". Internic Whois doesn't even list the registrant, but it's done through a third-party, Protected Domain Services -- Customer ID: NCR-3874667
, which means they are actively hiding their identity.
To be safe from potential virus or identity theft, DO NOT CLICK ON LINK, and immediately report them to the FCC: https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088!createConsumer.action . Also Call Protected Domain Services at (720) 249-2374 and demand to be removed from their list through Customer ID: NCR-3874667.
