I got the following e-mail from verifiedby@visa.com.  My suspicions arose because of the > sign at the beginning of some of the sentences (as if it was forwarded) and the fact that it was not an 800, 866, 877 or 888 number.  I did not call it. I googled the number and found the above info.

Same details as listed above... Got an email from verifiedby@visa.com saying that after 3 failed attempts to log on they suspended my account until I reactivate it.  This was in regards to a Franklin bank. I don't even know what Franklin bank is.  It also listed (612) 326-4503 as the telephone number to contact in order to reconnect my card.

Just got an email supposedly from Visa telling me my account had been temporarily disabled after three unsuccessful login attempts. Asked me to call 612-326-4503 (toll free). Will not be calling but they are definitely phishing. And I never heard of a toll free 612 number either.

Through an email said my credit card had been temporarily suspended by Franklin Bank because someone attempted to enter my pin number three times unsuccessfully. I didn't call and don't have an account with Franklin Bank.

Through an e-mail said my credit card had been limited because of third party access and wanted me to call 612-326-4503.  When I called, the first thing they wanted was my 16 digit card number.  I hung up.  They are phishing for information.  DO NOT HELP THEM.
