Daily calls from this number, violating the Do Not Call list. The NSA is collecting millions of phone calls a day, spying on US Citizens. Instead of pissing people off, why don't they direct a small portion of their resources in tracking down these scumbags and shutting them down (they obviously have the technology to do so).

Supposedly they are calling to ask if you received the free express circular at the end of your driveway, with coupons and advertisements - and want to verify your address and if you still wanted to receive these circulars. These scumbags are leaving non-requested advertising circulars, and then violating the Do Not Call list by robo-calling individuals to verify they received the circulars. Talk about illegal!

They are apparently soliciting subscriptions to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.  Unless you want to subscribe, don't bother to answer.  They seem to run subscription campaigns on a regular basis under different telemarketing caller ID names and I'll get numerous calls (six already this year) before they finally give up. It will last for weeks. The Star-Tribune is aware of these tactics, but apparently instructs their telemarketers to ignore the Do Not Call List.

I've been getting these illegal robo-calls, even though I will never be a Star Tribune newspaper subscriber.  The Strib uses 3rd party telemarketers to boost subscriptions to their liberal rag.

I've been getting these calls, too, even though I am not a Star Tribune subscriber.  The Strib has used 3rd party telemarketers in the past to boost subscriptions.  In fact, I dropped my 20-year subscription a few years ago after repeated calls from a very aggressive and abusive 3rd party subscription agent, in spite of my letters to the paper warning them I would do so if the calls did not stop.  They didn't, and I did.

I keep receiving annoying texts from this number at all times of day and night, is there anyway to make it stop?

Ever since the Target security breach I have been hammered by solicitation phone calls. The number is one of them. I answered the first time and it was a recording. Now I just ignore it. In 1 week's time frame I have been receiving at least 30 phone calls a day from solicators which all started in the last week in a half. This number calls me at least once a day.

Called repeatedly no message

This number keeps calling us and we just ignore it.  I am going to find out how to file a complaint with the MN State Attorney Generals Office. We are on the DO NOT CALL list and still get all these types of calls.  It is very annoying.

Recommend filing a complaint with MN State Attorney General office. Consider legal action not only against party engaging in phone harrassment, but also against phone carrier that is allowing this illegal activity

I have been getting call from this number for the past couple days n it's 4-5 times a day n there are 3 other numbers that call all day to n it didn't start until I put myself on the do not call list.

They have called numerous times.  When I do answer....I get a recording stating to call a certain number if I want to be taken off theIR call list.  That is it!! I am believing that is how they get the information they want. I would suggest to not call the number...I know I won't be.

We live in St. Paul MN and have been receiving calls from this number for a couple weeks.  We've been ignoring them, as weren't expecting any deliveries.  Today I answered to ask to put on a "do not call" listing and they just hung up.

I received this phone call on 11-5 at noon but message left,stated delivery service. but the issue  I have is that someone came to my door at 9am pounding that same morning but left nothing ran away from my door when I went to open it.
I did order a item, but was shipped ups and has not been completed in shipping to me so I dont know what is going on.
Was this person from this agency or what    really scary
My item that i ordered is due to me on Monday from ups and they always ring the door bell I called ups and my item is still in transit me, so that cant be it....

Call came from 612-564-7524, telling me to call back 888-798-8881 if I wanted my number removed.  I tried to get through the voicemail system to no avail.  Called back on the 612 number and got the same message.  After attempting to pound out to the operator, it told me I entered an invalid phone number and i had one attempt left.  At the risk of making my number more visible than what it was before, I decided to NOT put my number in their system, and will wait to see if they call back again

nuisance call s from "delivery notice". sometimes calls several times a day. leaves no message. on DO NOT CALL list.  Most calls I get are nuisance. I let calls go to answering machine and answer if message is legal. When I get too many, I turn off voice mail. and we pay the government to do nothing about it.

Just got a call from 6125647524, a recording said it was a "verification call". That is all that was said, then the call was disconnected.

this number called claiming to be star tribune. asked if I had received my first paper and if I had paid for the subscription yet. If I hadn't paid for it yet I was to give them my credit card number and pay for it now, but if it really was the star tribune they would of known the paper was already paid. I suspect it was a scam.

Have received calls from 6125647524 the last few nights. They leave message that they will call back. My caller ID says "Delivery Notice". I haven't ordered anything!
