I too donated for M. Bachmann.  Her campaign now needs to focus on her constituents to get her re-elected and not keep harrassing the rest of the Country now that she is out of the Presidential picture

That M. Bachmann robophone calls once a day no matter what I do.  My wife donated once, but she died over five years ago.  I've said so, to no avail.  I'm NOT going to donate to such a pest!

Just as a follow-up......I called Strategic Fundraising (my post 16 Aug. - above) and "opted out".  It has apparently worked as after a couple of days I received no further calls.

No, it's not just a phone call.  It's the phone ringing every few hours, even through the middle of the night, only to hear a dial tone.  Its disrupting my whole family.  I can guarantee I NEVER donated anything to her campaign, or to any similar conservative cause.  Perhaps the person who had this number before me did, but I am the one caring for my kids after the phone wakes them up a couple times a night, since usually 3 calls in the middle of the night means bad news for one of their elderly relatives.

And what experience did Barack Obama have for being president??? Community Organizer and in the Senate for a year?? Michelle Bachmann has at least that much experience!

I don't want to receive any more calls from this number.  I don't answer and they have been calling for days.

Never, EVER, give money to the Bachmann campaign. You will be added to the list as a potential future donator and their fund-raising, computerized, phones will call you many times a day, every day, even up to calling every 5 minutes - no lie!  It is about 2:30 PM and I have already gotten 6 calls! And it goes on every day!

I have written, three times, and asked to be removed from their calling list but they ignore my requests and continue to call.  The last time I tried to write, they blocked my e-mail address (and I was NOT abusive)!  Regardless of how you feel about her political views, her fund raising group only wants the money.

I used to be a big supporter of hers but I am tired of politicians, or prospective politicians, ignoring their constituents.

They call every day!  Remove from calling list.

She has no experience to be President -- what part of that don't you comprehend -- we have just gone through over two years of someone with no experience and because she is a Republican doesn't change the fact that she would not make a good President.  Some times you have to compromise for the good of the Country and her NO attitude of 'my way or no way' would never work as President as we are learning.

Don't vote for anyone who doesn't know that the shot fired round the world  was fired in MA not NH and made the same mistake twice.

Someone sold the numbers of donors because no way would I have signed up to be part of her campaign.  If I had known it was her campaign, I would have answered and told them to give her a message.  I would have been nice to the caller but she is one Republican I cannot stand right along with Palin.  I do not answer my cell phone unless I know who it is so I figured it was political.

What is WRONG with you? Do you think that reducing the government to a miniscule size so that corporations can complete their takeover over of this country is somehow LESS important than your damned dinner?

Political campaign are exemp from do not call list but most will stop if you ask. If not tell them you are a life long liberal & would never give to a Republican. If they know they will not get a donation from you surely they will stop calling.
If it's dinner time I pick up the phone & yell "WHAT THE H_ _L YOU DOING CALLING ME WHILE I AM EATING MY D_ _M DINNER" & hang up.

If they are calling your cell phone (as with me) & you don't want the calls & you have a smart phone or android you can get an app called "True Caller". It allows you to block numbers as spam. I have it & it works well.

And now the handbasket is running over & headed to heck at a higher speed than ever.

If you are on Facebook & you click on a Michelle Bachman or any link they can get your number if you have it on your profile. If you don't want these calls don't click on links or take your number off your profile.
I too would have answered if I knew it was from the Bachman campaign. They need to stop useing private IDs. If you call my land line 50 times a day from a private or unlisted number eventually I am going to answer & you will get your feelings hurt.

I get polical calls & mail from state candidates of states I have never lived in. I think if you ever donate to one polical candidate they give your info to others in their party.
