I live in Toronto and the automated message offers credit card debt relief to $0.   Quoting "new legal changes" to allow for such an adjustment, but the call from the US cannot possibly know the laws in Canada.  Just listened to the message without responding.

They asked to press 1 to be redirected or 3 to be removed.  The automated call eventually hung up.

I received a call from this number yesterday. When I don't answer they leave a voicemail.

Robo-dialer - WCA subscriber services.  I get 3-4 calls a week from this outfit, numbers from California to Maine!  Never answer since I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.  If you call back, they will not accept calls from blocked numbers (yeah, right!).  Go to their website, and to remove your number from their "SOS list," you have to ENTER YOUR NUMBER(!) and then receive one additional call verifying removal.  What a crock!  How can we put them out of business?
