a call from this CRIMINAL organization.  Reported to FTC for prosecution. Suggest all other victims also report to FTC, perhaps they will do something if enough victims of harassment by these CRIMINALS are reported.

Hey everyone!!!!!! I just received a phone call from 214-414-1037 out Dallas Texas, informing me that my MasterCard debit card had been suspended....... I don't have one. When I called the number back I got a recording saying that it doesn't exist. Just wanted to let everyone know!!!! Identity thieves are out there!!!!

some sort of robo scam call. first received call w No Caller ID shown. On general principle I decline all anonymous calls instantly and send them to voice mail. Literally, within 15 seconds of declining the call (they obviously didn't wait for my voice mail message), I get called again showing this phone number, so I sent it to voice mail also. Glad I did. Have blocked this caller after reading the messages, keep posting guys.

Just got a call from this number.  I don't know anyone in that area code, so I didn't answer.  I'm glad I didn't.

Called saying my credit card was breached and asked for me to enter my credit card # of course I didn't it's a scam to get your credit card #

They called and told me that my debit card was suspended and wanted all my info

I received a call from this number on memorial day at 8am. I woke to an automated or what may have sounded like a person using a voice distorter saying that my bank account has been blocked. My accounts are fine, I suspect that this is a scam artist.

got call sunday at 1:27  and 1:43.  return call at an apropiete time and get no answers.  recordind says this number is not on service.

Call at 8:45pm. Didn't answer; no message left.

Call's received at all hours...the last one was tonight @11:30 pm! How can I stop them?

Did not hear the company stated on the automated message.  It said that my account had been stopped and to "press 1" to connect to their security department.  I hung up.

Yep. Same message. Computer generated voice saying card was locked and to press one for customer service. I hung up after that.

I talked to 4 different people about lowering interest rate on my mastercard,they had all of my information about my card number,what I owed, my address,zip code,what I paid on last months payment,the last 4 numbers of my social security number, I told them they had too much information on the phone!!! They supposedly hooked me up with a banker from IBFC, i hung up,called my mastercard number and cancelled immediately! That j***off called me 10 times and also left a voicemail!!!! I would like to meet these guys, I BET they would not call again!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They wanted me to pay 856,00 instead of $1500.00

Looks like they're changing it up. Got a call at 9 pm from "(mumble) banking" with a recorded voice saying that my account was frozen and to press 1 for customer service. I pressed 1 and they asked for my 16 digit account number. Hung up.

Called late night. No message left in VM as the call was not answered. When called back, it was not a working #.

I was called by this number with an automated message telling me that my debit card had been revoked and to dial a number to get me to a representative. I did not press 1 to be connected and the phone hung up. I called my banks and everything looks good. someone trying to scam people. I hope they catch who ever it is. When i dialed the number back i got a message saying this line i no longer in service

I got call from this number .  He said I had problem account. I returned later . But not available

I called the number bank, and it shows as a disconnected number. BEWARE, seams like a financial scam to me

I recieved a call at 11:45pm!!
It was an automated voice message saying that they were an unknown (inaudible) bank and to press #1 for customer service (fraud dept) because there was an issue with my (unspecified) credit card. I called my bank and verified that this call this late at night didnt come from them. Banks only contact customers during reg work hours.

I did not answer call but tried to return it...Phone number listed as unavailable.

Just received a call saying my mastercard has been locked and to press 1. I hung up and blocked the number. Call came in at 9:46 pm and says Dallas, TX. I knew it wasn't right because I don't have a mastercard!

I am even more irritated after reading all of these posts. Surely something can be done about these scammers. Who can we report them to?

This number just said my credit card was locked and to enter my cc number. I hung up. I hate these scammers.

Ive had multiple attempts at scamming me over the years.  Most recent was them to try and lower my interest rate on my credit card.  Was on the phone with them for over 90mins in all.  They even transferred me to multiple different people, they are getting good.....  Be very careful.  Got to the end where I was supposed to pay 990$ up front to get a 0% APR for 12months.  They even called my bank to get information......  bottom line was I just cancled both my credit cards and having new ones sent to me in a few days.

I also got the "Your MasterCard has been locked press 1 to activate it. " this is clearly a scam

Just had this call.  Recording said my debit card had been locked and to press 1. Pressed End instead.

calls from 214-414-1037 but tells you to call back on 866-723-3116.  If you call the 214-414-1037, you get a "Not In Service" recording.  SCAM........have asked to send me paperwork in the mail - will not.  

Insists that he is getting "warnings" from my computer even after I told him that my computer was in the shop because I couldn't turn it on.  He wanted to call back when I got it working again.  Very persistent and annoying.

Called this morning early about 0820. Did not answer! Will add the number to the phone block.

I keep on getting calls from this number. Thankfully I use a Google Voice number so they don't have my real phone number. They hung up as soon as I said Hello.
