Called at 10:12 pm. They left no voicemail and it just rang when I called them back. The number shows that it belongs to Jan Tyson Roberts, PHD out of Minneapolis. But I also saw that it belongs to Portfolio Recovery Associates.

612-873-0000 is Portfolio Recovery Associates, a debt collector. Shulman and Assoc had a case against them, I think, for harassment because of calls like this.

Yes, Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis MN. Got two calls from this number and the caller ID gave me different text for each, "Out of Area" and "Hennepin CO Med".

It's just a generic number for outgoing calls from the rooms.

Got a call today from this number, they asked me what I wanted...I said, You tell me, you're the one who's calling! Caller said her name was Melody Jackson and she was in the hospital. Then she said she'd talk to me later and hung up. I don't know anyone by that name :-P

Got 5-6 calls today from this number.  Did not answer, since number was not known to me.  No messages left at any time.  Caller continues to call my cell phone number.

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND CALLED IT BACK. THEY SAID ON THE MESSAGE IF I HAD BEEN A PATIENT HERE TO CALL MY DOCTOR. FIRST OFF I DONT EVEN LIVE NEARBY OR CLOSE TO. SECOND NEVER BEEN A PATIENT AND THIRD WANNA TELL SOMEONE THAT SOMEONE OR SOMEBODY IS MAKING CALLS THAT THEY SHOULD NOT FROM A HOSPITAL TO OTHERS WHICH IS WRONG.

Called my friend looking for me! Said that they were Hope Jackson and that I had a 1:30 appointment with her! What? I don't know what is going on but I have a estranged husband who works at the state medical center in Anoka! This is very strange! I feel like he's trying to set me up or something! Anybody know anything about this person or what could be going on? This is very concerning to me as we have children together and he will do anything to get custody of them!

THis is indeed a generic number for HCMC (Hennepin County Medical Center).

Six calls today from this number on my cell phone!  When I answered the first few times they just hung up.  Haven't answered the rest of the times.  No message.

Had the same thing.  Two calls one right after the other and didn't know who it was so I didn't answer.  I ended up calling the hospital and they told me if a staff member had called they would have left a message.  So it looks like it was nothing

I received a missed call on my cell phone at 11:48 pm from this number.  No message.  When I call back in the am, I did get the recording for Hennepin Medical Center that said this is a number that does not accept incoming calls.  Very disturbing and stressful to receive this type of call.  After viewing the notes about this number, I feel a little better.  Getting that type of call causes you to worry that a loved one may be in the hospital.

I got a call at 2:14 am this morning, didn't answer it because didn't know number. Now I'm worried a loved one in trouble may have tried to call. Either that or a prank like the others here. No message and they didn't try back again, so hopefully was a prank or misdial. I also don't have any business with HCMC so they would have no reason to call as a business matter.

Got a call from this number. Put me on hold after the woman told me she might have dialed the wrong number. I hung up. Very strange for HCMC to call a Texas phone number.

Just got a call, no voicemail left.  I don't have any business going on with HCMC, have never been there a day in my life, stick to St John's Hospital for anything I need, which is nothing.  So far as I know no one is in the hospital.  Attempted to call the number back and it gives a busy signal.

Received two phone calls this morning at my office location before I got to work.  No messages left, just show up on my caller ID.  How odd this person would call a random business.
