Received a call from this number - no message was left

Received a call on my cell from this number. I answered it and got no response.

Got a call from this number. Did not pick it up. No message left. I am a T-Mobile customer.

Got a call from number...did not know who it was....answered and there was no sound on the other end....tried calling back and the call could not be completed...I am a Verizon wireless customer if that shows any correlation.

Are we all ATT?

10/9/09 1:26pm CST, call from this number, answered, noone there dropped after 24 seconds.

No messaged Called 10/9 at 2:20 EST today

Got a call at 12:12 EDT today, did not answer, no msg left.  613 is one of Boston's area codes, however, the 100 prefix makes it an invalid number.  Not allowed per federal regs.

Same deal as all the above. 10/8/09 at 5 PM Eastern call to cell phone no message.  Strange prefix (100).

Didn't answer, no message, bastards.

Recieved a call and was unable to get to the phone. No voicemail, did not recognize number, web search brought me here.

Recieved a call and was unable to get to the phone. Curious as to who this is. Called back and could not even punch in the numbers before the call was terminated.

No idea who this is but just a got from this number and didn't hear even any background noise - thought my headset wasn't working but it is working fine.

DID NOT ANSWER THE CALL THEY NEVER LEFT A MESSAGE WHO IS THIS

I received a call from this number and no response when I answered it.  They kep me on the phone for 30 seconds and then hung up.  Very weird

recently  received a  call ( no  message)   from   613-100-1003

any   bizarre or  weird  looking  phone  #  like this is ALWAYS     related to  " telemarketing " /  fraud artist /  criminal  activity  etc....  NEVER  EVER   ANSWER THESE CALLS  OR  RESPOND /  CALL THEM  BACK !!!
( as  soon as you  do , they  know  they  have reached a  valid  phone  numeber , and  your  problems  will get  worse.......)

note***   the  phone  number that   you  see on a  display is  rarely the  REAL   #  the  person or  company is  calling  from !   phone  numbers   can  easily   be faked and  forged  etc, and  usually are.........  ( scammers and  criminals are all good at this ) !!!

I just found this # on my son's cell phone! He didn't answer the phone because he did not recogonize the #. I don't know who it was, but my son called NO ONE except for #s I've put in his address book! I HATE people that call you when you don't know who they are when you are one the DO NOT CALL LIST as we are on. Everyone should get all the #s on the list before the end of Oct. 09 as soon as possible!

I got a call too! No voicemail. Not even gonna bother calling back, after reading this board!

Same result - call from 613-100-6311 on cell phone.  No one on the other end.  No luck on reverse look-up.

Got a call from 613-100-6311. Answered. Robo caller for a debt elimination service. First line was "If you are debt free or are included in a do not call list press 2 to be removed from our calling list" Robo sales pitch went on for a bit from there. Then I hit 2 and the call ended.

Not sure if it's legit or a scam but it's a first for me.

I believe this was just a mistaken dial.  My area code is is 631...probably inverted numbers.

just received call from this number. We need to be reporting these calls as robo ban went into effect in Sept.

just got a call didnt answer also recieved a 2250.00 fake check 2 days ago????
