Annoying!!! as I know people in this area code. They should have to identify themselves before the phone is answered as do those who are already in my phone. I ignore numbers which are not identified.

Called back the number and got a recording that said it was "Strategic Communications" claiming to be a research company. Not sure I'm buyin' it, but that's what the recording said.

ongoing calls over last several weeks. remove # but is only for that 'project' i.e next client project comes along and we're on again!!!!
Also - when answer phone - no one is there

They are strategic communications calling on behalf of their clients and their client campaigns. Calling almost everyday and have asked my number to be removed from list but it never holds.

The company is called Strategic Communications. They do telefundraising for the Federal NDP and many charitable organizations. And they don't leave messages on answering machines because the CRTC forbids leaving messages for fundraising purposes.

Just got a call from this number - a woman who said she was from the NDP party and looking for donations as the election is coming up. She new I was a member and had donated last year???!!!

I don't know people in the 613 area code, did not answer, I do not belong to any union either so I don't know why they would be calling me... scammers probably...., been getting too many of these type of calls on my cell # which I have never given out to anyone except close friends!

I'm a member of the TWU who is currently trying to merge with the USW. Just got a call from this number from a woman who could not speak English (an obvious off shore call centre). She said she was with the TWU and was trying to encourage me to vote. I am so disappointed with my union right now!!
