I got a call from Rison Duct cleaning asking me to clean my ducts, i told him i would have to talk with my wife and can i call him back, he said they have no incoming call capability so he would call me back the next day, i did my research cause it sounded to good to get them done for 130.00 and in only one hour. When they did call me back i told him no i did not want them to do my ducts and hung up, he then called me back again which i ignored and called back yet again so i answered and listen to this he actually had the gall to say that if he didn't get this sale his boss was going to fire him and he was begging me to let them do it, this is when i lost my mind on him and in a not so nice way told him to never call me again.

Received call on Aug 16 at 6:45 PM that caller ID indicated came this number. Caller claimed be to be from Rison Duct Cleaning. I told him I was sick of duct cleaning calls and that calling me was against the law since I am on the Canada Do Not call list. He acted like his was unaware of the Canada Do Not call list and when I told him I was going to report him he started begging me not to and that he would not call again. I think he was playing me and really does not care. I will be registering a complaint with CRTC.

Got a call. I asked them for their phone number to call them back. He said they cannot provide their web site or phone number. Well, what kind of company does not have a phone?

Well... I've made an appointment and they will be coming in 2 days to clean my non-existent ducts. I hope they have identification and all their certificates with them... no??? Tsk, tsk. You can't come in my house without proper certification and/or GST/PST business licence!! All the bureaucracy!! But as a consumer, I must look out for myself. Looking forward to their attending, and will post my progress.
