I have gotten calls from the number and when I actually answer the call I find out that it's National City Card Services asking me to pay them due to them not receiving my debt consolidation payment the day it's due. They call over and over even after I've spoken with associates about my account with them. Apparently they don't keep notes of who they talk to and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they hemed and hawed until they gave me an extension that had a full voice mail box. I don't believe that they are so unorganzied and lazy to continually call and not keep track of anything. Also use the # 800-544-3623
