have no idea why a MR.TUCKER,,,,,,,is calling me!!!!,,,and they can't even speak clearly,,and also who tells you if you don't have a attorney I suggest you do get one!!!! what??????,,and to top it off at the end of the voicemail  i  heard people laughing and saying mr. tucker!!!,,,hhhhmmmm,,well ,,,,,,,,,,,I sure will answer the next call !!!!!!

This everyday calling is getting out of hand.  My spouse and I are both disabled and under doctor's care.  They do not leave any message, but keep on calling.

LM saying that his name was Mr. Dyson. That this phone call requires immediate attention from me or my attorney... that if I did not have an attorney he suggested I do so...was very stern and trying to scare me into believing him. He left a 1800 number that connected me with what we know as Comenity Bank. A lot of credit cards are through this company, so it seems that it could be legit.
But, I knew this was a scam from the beginning. Who says that "if I do not have an attorney I suggests you do so"...for a clothing store card?? SCAM.
I called back and he was like are you sure I didnt call you at a different number? I cant find your number on file... It was really quiet. Not like a collection agency it would be,
SCAM SCAM SCAM watch out for this number.

Got a call from 614-729-7567 the man  said that he  is calling in regards to a complaint that had been  faxed to his company and he needed me to have my attorney  call him. I  called back and asked if he wwas a debt collector and he hung up. Very rude guy.... his name is Mr. Mosley>

They are collectors for retail credit cards such as Lane Bryant, Victoria's Secret and New York and Company.

Report rogue debt collectors to www.IC3.gov -they are conducting an investigation against them. Also, see my post on whocallsme for (305) 918-2338 to get yourself a call-blocker so they no longer bother you.

I've been getting these calls for months. They ask for Rita, I tell them I don't know who Rita is. I get the threatening voicemails when I don't answer about "how you respond to this matter will determine how I go about escalating this matter further. Please have your lawyer call us back." I answered once and apparently it's a Victoria's Secret credit card balance that has been unpaid and is in collections.

I just ignore the calls but they happen at least 4 times each week. It doesn't seem to matter if I tell them they have the wrong number so how about I just tell them nothing at all?

Called asking for info on my credit card. I have NOTHING in collection. SCAM ARTISTS. Watch out for these people.

Started getting calls from this number,It it a collection agency and you tell them they have the wrong number why would someone ask you if you know that person .cell numbers are recycled and so are phone number. So they call and harrass you every day and night up until 9pm.

A guy named Mike, which I would assume is not a real name, called saying he was from World Financial.  He left a message saying that I needed to contact him immediately on an important business matter.  He left this number: 800-305-1146 humber, which I did not attempt to call, and even left an extension x6753.  Then, I got a call a few days later from the same number, again from someone (Agent Marberger, pretty creative) claiming that he was from Intel and World Financial.  This time he left a message saying that I, or my attourney, needed to contact him immediately at 800-695-7444 x4601.

Got a call from this number. Did not recognize, so I didn't answer. Came to this website and decided not to respond to the number.

These people were always calling us. We have nothing in collections so I called them back, when it asked for an extension I just pressed 0 , the guy that I spoke to was really nice and they removed our number and made a note that the person they are looking for is not at the number.

Got a call from these people (Caller ID said WFNNB) asking for someone who doesn't live here. She claimed I did know him by saying do you have his phone # then? Ive had this # for FOUR years and never heard of this man!
