Are they threatening you with a crime and do they say they are criminal investigators? This scam is based on coercing the supposed accused to pay them or wire them large amounts of money so the accusations can be sent to their lawyers......a wicked scam that has called my sister and my in laws, upsetting them, and causing perjury to my good name.  i cannot get them to go away....

people who have not even borrowed money from these people or completed a loan application get charged money from their checking accounts for just checking into their website. The people using this number use different names - Paul smith, Kevin White, Victor Mack, and one female whose name I did not write down. these calls may be overseas calls - the goal is to threaten, coerce the victim to wire large amounts of money to these people who will then tell you what crime they are investigating. It is a crime to immitate the cIA or the FBI as they have referred to themselves as. This scam then copntacts your family members and will not let them alone either. This is a terrible thing, and i hope someone can stop them. i went to ftc.Gov in the hopes of finding some peace, if not now, down the road.

Got a call also on my cell i dont know who the caller was so I didnt answer I have been getting plenty of scammers calling me and wasnt going to listen to another. dont they get the picture leave people alone damn it

I don't know who the f*** they are but if it continues, I will contact the Federal trade Commision and have them locked up!!! PERIOD!!
