These guys claim to be bailsman taking advantage of hispanic people in jail.  They want to meet you and take $1000 and claim they will get your friend out of jail.  Someone in the City of Franklin(Tennessee) jail is in on this because he was able to arrange a 3 way call with my hispanic friend in jail.  The land line is linked to Carthage Tennessee.....Hmmmmmm
